Crafts Made In High Heels Sidewalk Craft Fair

2018 Vendor Rules and Regulations

  1. Registration

All Vendors must be registered by October 14th. After that there will be a $10.00 late fee added. Set up time will be Saturday, October 20, from 7am to 8:30 am. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9am. Hours of operation will be from 9am - 2pm.  

 2.  Parking Lot Space

        The Parking Lot Spaces are 9’ x 18’. We will have an empty parking space between vendors so if you go over a little, that is ok. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs and displays. No electricity will be provided. Two vendors can share a parking space. All money and tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor. We ask that vendors do not start tearing down prior to 2pm. Vendors are requested to take their rubbish home with them.

3.  Payment

        Each parking space costs $30.00. The payment is to be paid AFTER you have been notified that your application has been approved. The methods of payment will be through paypal or cash, due upon receipt of approval to hold your reservation.

4.  Items For Sale

        All items for sale must be handmade by vendor or by someone known to the vendor; all items must be described on the application form. Food items will be accepted as long as they are canned. Baked items are allowed. No counterfeit or illegal merchandise may be sold.

5.  Commercial Items

        We will allow commercial items that do not interfere with handmade items. These are limited spaces.

 

6.  Crafts Made In High Heels Committee

        The Crafts Made In High Heels Committee shall have exclusive power to shut down any part of the vendor’s booth if, in the opinion of the committee, see it to be out of character or harmful. If such action is taken by the committee, the vendor is not entitled to any refund.  

7.  Refunds or Rain Day

        If you cancel your parking space reservation or do not show up on the day, we will make every effort to re-let your parking space. However, if the parking space can not be re-let your payment will not be refunded. If we cancel the event for any reason all payments will be refunded. If rain interferes on that day, we will reschedule the event for the following Saturday. All notifications will be emailed.

8.  Vendor Parking

        Please park your vehicles in Parking Lot C or D.

        Parking Lot B is reserved for customers.
