2016 Vignoble Gibault Sauvignon Blanc – Touraine, France $10
The Gibault Vineyard has been family-run for 3 generations in the Touraine province of the Loire Valley of France. The Touraine vines are planted in the Loire-et-Cher département on flinty-clay soils which brings intense, heady aromas to their white wines. The Sauvignon Blanc has a gorgeous vibrant nose, intensely aromatic with white flower aromas and a hint of lemon peel. The taste has a clean entry, with a nice minerality on the palate, a fine blend of supple, rounded flavours with underlying notes of blackcurrant and passion fruit.
2018 Gibbs Chardonnay – Napa Valley, CA $11
These grapes were harvested from P&J Vineyards, a grower known for high quality fruits, in Saint Helena, Napa Valley. The grapes are barrel fermented in 40% new French Oak for 11 months and stirred on the lees for 16 weeks resulting in aromas of vanilla and nutmeg with a delicious honey, pear and melon body that leaves a crisp and clean finish.
2018 Casali Maniago Pinot Grigio - Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy $10
These grapes are grown in the Italian hills of Tenuta Sottomonte in the municipality of Buttrio (UD), Friuli Colli Orientalie D.O.C. in predominantly marly-clayey soil with southern exposure. The immediate separation of the must from the skins and slight pressing in a controlled temperature fermentation, during the white wine vinification method, gives this Pinot Grigio a straw yellow color with delicate hints of golden apple and citrus fruits. The taste is dry, fresh, and refined with an after taste of mineral hints and varietal aromas.

This Rosé from Lorenza Winery in St Helena, CA is 33% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 24% Mourvédre and 18% Cinsault creating a dry, lean and mineral-laced flavor with delicate notes of cranberry, guava, passion fruit, tart cherry and floral aromas.
2018 O.P.P. Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, OR $13
This Pinot is crafted by the former head Sommelier at French Laundry, Andre Mack. His winery, Mouton Noir from the Willamette Valley region of Oregon is focused on Pinots, fermenting in stainless steel, and aged in French Oak barrels for 10 months. The 2014 harvest is one of the largest on record resulting in complex flavor, consisting of earthy, spicy, floral, and herb flavors of cherry.
2017 Bench Cabernet Sauvignon – Knights Valley, CA. $13
This vineyard is located in Southern Alexander Valley, along the Western bench of the Mayacamas, where the soils are rocky and volcanic with excellent early and mid-day sun exposure. The grapes were de-stemmed, then transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks where the wine was pressed off 6 weeks after it went into tank. This process created a dark, deep purple color where the nose is vibrant with violets, huckleberry and a touch of vanilla spice; and the palate is elegantly wound with dusty tannins and a supple velvety texture with flavors of black currant, dark cocoa and forest floor.
2017 Cinco Sentidos Reserva Malbec – Mendoza, Argentina $11
This high quality Malbec’s grapes are grown in the wine region of Mendoza on Cinco Sentidos private vineyards. The grapes are aged in French and American Oak barrels for 12 months giving it an intense maroon red color with purple highlights. The delicate scent of ripe plums and cherries are mixed with aromas of vanilla and leather. The taste of mature plums and cherries are accompanied by a slight hint of caramel that leaves a velvety taste balanced with tannins and acidity.

Michel Olivier is located in the Limoux region’s upper valley, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, where sparkling wine has been made, since at least the 16th century.
