Whites

2016 Tohu Sauvignon Blanc – Blenheim, New Zealand $9
This single vineyard wine is a unique expression of the high altitude site in the upper 
reaches of Marlborough’s Awatere Valley.  A bright, luminous pale golden green in the glass, 
it displays aromas of current leaf, citrus and sweet tropical fruits on the nose.  The palate is 
layered and complex with flavors of juicy fruit, herbal notes and a distinctive minerality. 
Balanced and concentrated, this medium-bodied wine finishes long, crisp and dry.

2013 Gibbs Chardonnay – Napa Valley, CA $10

These grapes were harvested from P&J Vineyards, a grower known for high quality fruits, in Saint Helena, Napa Valley.  The grapes are barrel fermented in 40% new French Oak for 11 months and stirred on the lees for 16 weeks resulting in aromas of vanilla and nutmeg with a delicious honey, pear and melon body that leaves a crisp and clean finish.

2016 Casali Maniago Pinot Grigio - Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy $9

 These grapes are grown in the Italian hills of Tenuta Sottomonte in the municipality of Buttrio (UD), Friuli Colli Orientalie D.O.C. in predominantly marly-clayey soil with southern exposure.  The immediate separation of the must from the skins and slight pressing in a controlled temperature fermentation, during the white wine vinification method, gives this Pinot Grigio a straw yellow color with delicate hints of golden apple and citrus fruits.  The taste is dry, fresh, and refined with an after taste of mineral hints and varietal aromas.

2015 Lorenza Rosé – St. Helena, CA $11

This Rosé from Lorenza Winery in St Helena, CA is 33% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 24% Mourvédre and 18% Cinsault creating a dry, lean and mineral-laced flavor with delicate notes of cranberry, guava, passion fruit, tart cherry and floral aromas.

Sparkling Wine

Michel Olivier Crémant de Limoux NV Brut Blanc- Villelongue-d’Aude, France $9

Michel Olivier is located in the Limoux region’s upper valley, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, where sparkling wine has been made, since at least the 16th century.  This Crémant de Limoux is produced from 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, and 10 % Pinot Noir.  It is well balanced and delicately effervescent, aromatically elegant, with a bouquet of citrus and white flowers

Reds

2014 O.P.P. Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, OR $12

This Pinot is crafted by the former head Sommelier at French Laundry, Andre Mack.  His winery, Mouton Noir from the Willamette Valley region of Oregon is focused on Pinots, fermenting in stainless steel, and aged in French Oak barrels for 10 months. The 2014 harvest is one of the largest on record resulting in complex flavor, consisting of earthy, spicy, floral, and herb flavors of cherry.


2013 Bench Cabernet Sauvignon – Alexander Valley, CA. $12

This vineyard is located in Southern Alexander Valley, along the Western bench of the Mayacamas, where the soils are rocky and volcanic with excellent early and mid-day sun exposure.  The grapes were de-stemmed, then transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks where the wine was pressed off 6 weeks after it went into tank.  This process created a dark, deep purple color where the nose is vibrant with violets, huckleberry and a touch of vanilla spice; and the palate is elegantly wound with dusty tannins and a supple velvety texture with flavors of black currant, dark cocoa and forest floor.

Toneless Malbec Riserva – Mendoza, Argentina $10
This high quality Malbec is from the Bodega Los Toneles, founded by the Armando family in 1922. It is grown in three cool, dry and high altitude vineyards, then fermented in new French oak for 8 months. The result is a full, big red wine with aromas of black fruit tinged with hints of vanilla, yet soft on the palate with smooth tannins and dark berry flavors.
