Tickets

What are the different ticket types?

The theater is divided into sections A, B, and C (or even D) based on the quality of the view.

What is a Candlelight Photo ticket?

A Candlelight Photo ticket is a service that allows you to have a Polaroid photo taken of your Candlelight concert memories on the stage or in a specially set up area on the day of the concert. You can choose your favorite one from the photos taken and take it home.

You can only receive one Polaroid photo per ticket purchased for Candlelight Photo. (Please note that even if there are several people in your party, you will only receive the number of photos you purchased with your Candlelight Photo ticket.)

You are allowed to go up to the Noh stage (stage) at the Noh Theater Hall tenjin9.

Please be sure to read the following instructions before purchasing tickets.

However, in order to protect the floor, please be sure to remove your pointy heels before going on stage.

 *To prevent damage or defacement of the walls and pillars, please do not touch them.

Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the performance.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?

All tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.

Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

Is there an age limit to attend a performance?

This performance is recommended for ages 10 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids programs are open to ages 6 and older.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, this is possible if you've purchased tickets in the same section and are in the theater together, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time and we'll do our give you seats next to each other.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. (You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.) You must sign in with the same method (same account) that you used to purchase the tickets.

You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder for the purchase confirmation email as well.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print your ticket, just show the QR code in the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play) or your purchase confirmation email upon entry.

Making changes to tickets

Can I make changes to my ticket?

Depending on the availability of other sessions of your choice, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us here, quoting your ticket ID. Please note that refunds are not available, see our terms and conditions for more information.

Is parking offered on site at Karuizawa Ohga Hall?

There is no visitor parking or bicycle parking at this venue, so please use nearby parking and bicycle parking facilities. (Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the venue if you arrive too late to be seated by the time the show starts.)

When do I have to be there?

Admission is first-come, first-served by zone starting 30 minutes before show time.

Will the show start on time?

The show will start on time whenever possible, but there may be a delay of approximately 5 minutes to ensure a smooth performance. All Candlelight Concerts are first-come, first-served for each section, so please arrive at the venue with as much time as possible to enter and be seated. Performance start times are subject to change depending on venue availability.

Is there a designated dress code?

There is no dress code, but you should come dressed comfortably to get the most out of the performance. It can get chilly in the theater, so we recommend bringing layers.

Will food be served?

Food and beverages are not provided.

Can I bring my pets?

Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs.

 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Safety tips

Do the concerts feature real candles?

For the safety of spectators, all candles used are plastic candles.

(For Candlelight Spring) Are the flowers fresh?

To prevent the effects of hay fever and allergies, all flowers are decorative art flowers.
