Call for Editors – Journal of Global Ethics

The co-Editors of Journal of Global Ethics announce an open call for new Editors, to join our team during the course of 2022. We invite nominations, including self-nomination, through an email directed to any of our current editorial team. Review will commence June 2022; nominations are welcome after that date until further notice is posted on this webpage.

Editor – qualifications

Candidates should have a record of publication in global ethics and justice commensurate with the aim and scope of this journal. Previous editorial experience is desirable, but is not required. All proposals will be judged on their merits; consideration will be given to aspects of diversity that may supplement the perspectives of the current editorial collective.

About Journal of Global Ethics

An introduction to our editorial process is published in issue 16:3 and may be found here. Journal of Global Ethics was founded in 2005 by co-Editors Sirkku Hellsten (2005-2018), Christien van den Anker (2005-2013), and Heather Widdows (2005-2012). It has most often operated as a collaborative of two to three co-editors and has introduced a succession of new editors over the course of its run: Eric Palmer (2013), Martin Schönfeld (2017-2020), Christine Koggel (2018), and Lori Keleher (2021).
