Youth Program Application Management
In our newest REPORTER release, improvements were made to the Applications page which provide you with additional visibility to application drafts. This document details the changes made and where to locate them.

Review of Applications
Please note: New changes (release March 2024) to the page layout are highlighted in yellow.
To view applications:
- Select Applications Awaiting Review:
The Applications view has been updated to show both submitted and draft applications. The new View Applications link is where you will click to view both types of applications.
- Select View Applications
REPORTER now shows buttons for both Pending Review and Draft applications. The Pending Review applications are the submitted applications awaiting action (approve/deny/waitlist). The Drafts are applications that have been started but the applicant has not submitted them yet.
The Drafts page now has options to search for drafts created during a date range and an option to Export to Excel.
If you wish to send reminder emails, this page allows you to contact participants who have unfinished applications.
Please note: There is no email option on this page. You will need to use your Gmail to send any reminder emails.
REPORTER now has buttons to display Active Programs and Finalized Programs in separate views. The applications you see behind each button are based on the status of the associated Minors Compliance Form.
