Learning Problem 2.0 - Teachers

There is a wide variety of students that come to community college. The teachers are not sure if their teaching is actually helping the student learn and get better. Students feel their time at community college is not really helping them learn anything new. The college is clueless why their teaching time is not helping to improve the student outcomes. Is there a tool that can help the teachers know their students better, students communicate their learning and interest better and also, they participate as part of the classroom teaching.

Modified statement -

Linda who is a community college teacher needs to learn to cater to a diverse age group of students in an online and offline environment.

People like Linda need to learn to address her diverse (broad spectrum audience from different learning environments and age) because in order to ensure the learning objective / productive use of student's time at the community college

It is a challenge because Linda is a teacher who is used to learning who has a different set of challenges and different age group of students.

They need to learn in a way that is flexible , engaging and reflective.

How might we empower Linda to create better teaching experiences which address her broad spectrum students. How might we help Linda to create teaching experience  that does not limit her students' diversity.

This story board is based on the LP2- The anchor idea is to investigate if we can explore tools that will help teachers and faculty to leverage students' engagement offline and online to build systems that will help teachers make informed decisions for their facilitating classes.
