OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

The inner critic shows up differently for each one of us.  By completing this worksheet, you are invited to reflect on questions about your inner critic.  This will help you to think through where it shows up in your life, and, what impact it is having.  It will help me to gain a deeper understanding so I can better support people manage their inner critic.

The inner critic is a term used to describe a subpersonality that judges and demeans a person.  Common examples include:-
