Cape Town Eco Culture Adventure Programme
Six days Cape Town and surrounds

Mural in District Six, at the foot of
Hoerikwagga, Table Mountain, in Cape Town, the Place of Sweet Waters

Welcome to Cape Town! The indigenous name for the city is Camissa, which means ‘place of sweet waters’. The Khoi and the San people called it Camissa because of the fresh water originating from ‘Hoerikwagga’, the mountain that rises from the sea, otherwise known as Table Mountain.

This is a diverse, complex, beautiful, frustrating and magical place. In other words, it is a place full of life in all of its madness! Over the duration of your stay, we hope that you will experience the city in all the richness and nuance that we have planned for you.
