Ski Trip Deadline

A reminder that payments for the school ski trips on Wednesday, January 23rd and Wednesday, February 6th, need to be completed on School Cash Online by Sunday, December 16th. No late submissions will be accepted. All of the completed forms were due to the school last week. Any volunteers will need to have completed a Vulnerable Sector Check before going on the field trips.

Musical Theatre Performance

We have been very fortunate to have Robin Guy leading musical theatre workshops for all of our students, and now all members of our school community are invited to see the culmination of of their hard work. The students will be performing on Monday, December 17th, at 10:45am in the gym. Robin Guy will also be providing us with materials about a summer camp she is offering, if your children are interested in further exploring their musical talents.

Advent Liturgy

We will be having our third Advent liturgy on Monday, December 17th, in the gym at 2:30pm. Each Monday in December, we will be having a school Advent liturgy in the gym during last block. Thank you to Mrs. Mirabelli for organizing these liturgies.

Christmas in Corkery

I hope everyone had as much fun at Christmas in Corkery, on Thursday, December 13th, as I did. It was such a wonderful experience.
Thanks to everyone for attending this event and a special thank you to all of the students and staff for all of their hard work getting ready for the concert, especially Ms. Mirabelli, Ms. Jacka, Ms. Mousseau, Ms. Parpura and Ms. Wyslouzil for their organization and monitoring of the concert and the sound system.
Thanks to all members of the School Council for their tireless work on this event. It really was such a special event.
Any parents who made chili, if you left your crock pot at the school, please stop by the front office to pick it up.
Finally, the winner of the 50/50 draw is ticket # 184648. The winner can come to the office with their ticket to claim their $90 prize.

Happy Holidays

Our last day of school before the Christmas holidays is Friday, December 21st. We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, spending time over the holidays with family and friends. We look forward to seeing the students again on Monday, January 7th.
