Meeting was called to order by President Sibieanne Martinez

Updates:
Operational Plan: There is an existing plan but would need to be revamped. Looking for Guidance to strengthen and develop a plan that will function.
Sibieanne reported the Federal Taxes have been filed: Price: $49.99
Bill Markley would like the transfer of the building to CARIDAD. Bill Markley prosed Regina would continue to pay for licenses and all other bills pertaining to the board. No discussion has been made at this time. Licenses will gradually be changed.
Advertising was also discussed; Brochure needs realignment, needs more information but the most important focus at this time is the Website.
Logo was discussed due to the fact we are using Clip Art and we have no permission to market with it.
Tony Fogles brings up a very important point. We cannot continue without manpower.
Fundraiser to introduce CARIDAD to the community. The discussion will follow next meeting.
Sibieanne Martinez reminds us of all the need for transparency and advanced education during this process.
