Why did we change the catalog?

Like many things today, not everything is built to last forever. The platform that we have been using for the patron catalog is nearing the end of its life cycle. This new platform allows our libraries to include their e-content materials and showcase their individual collections and personalities.

Where is my checkout history?

We’re working on it! You can still log into the “old” catalog and download your saved checkout history into a CSV file. The old catalog will be permanently retired at the end of August 2023.

What happened to my book lists?

From My Account > My Lists > look for the “Import from Old Catalog” button.

If you downloaded a CSV file of your saved lists from the old catalog, you can easily copy and paste the titles or ISBNs into the “Create New List" box.

Why can’t I see the queue position of my holds?

We’re working on it! While the queue position may be helpful to know how long it may take for a book to besome available, it is never an exact number. There are many factors that come into play when filling holds.  You can always call your library and ask them to check for you.

Can I still use the old catalog?

The “old” catalog will remain until the end of August, 2023. It will then be retired permanently.
