Park Falls Elementary Supply Lists

All Grades

• All children need a backpack suitable for their age that can hold snow clothes and school supplies.
• All children need to leave one pair of gym shoes at school. Velcro ties are best for children who do not tie yet.
• We recommend you label your child’s name on their supplies.

4 Year Old Kindergarten

• KinderMat/rest mat, regular size, red/blue (found at Walmart or Amazon) labeled with your child’s name
• 1 water bottle labeled with your child’s name (spill-proof, easy open, no twist tops)
• 1 two pocket plastic folder labeled with your child’s name
• 2 boxes Crayola Classic Colors washable markers 8 or 10 count
• 1 package of baby wipes
• 1 full change of clothes, including: 2 pairs of underwear, 1 pair of pants, 1 shirt and socks enclosed in a Ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name
• Facial tissues (optional)
• We request you please purchase shoes that do not light up.

5 Year Old Kindergarten

• 8-count Crayola Twistables crayons (label each crayon with child’s name)
• 2 Jumbo or large Elmer’s glue sticks
• 1 package of 8 count Twistable colored pencils
• 1 box of non-perishable snacks for 14 students
• Facial tissues (optional)

Grades 1

• 1 box of non-perishable snacks for 25 students (no fruit snacks please)
• 1 water bottle labeled with your child’s name (spill-proof, easy open, no twist tops)
• 1 10.5 ounce soup or vegetable can (empty, washed, label removed)
• 3 prong, plastic, 2 pocket folders (any color)
• 24 pack Twistable crayons
• 24 sharpened No. 2 pencils (Ticonderoga brand lasts the longest)
• 4 large Elmer’s glue sticks
• 2 large, pink or white erasers
• 1 plastic pencil box labeled (8.5 inches by 5.5 inches by  2.5 inches)
• 1 yellow highlighter
• 2” view binder, any color

Grades 2

• 24-48 No. 2 pencils Ticonderoga (to be given to teacher)
• 1 plastic pencil box labeled (8.5 inches by 5 inches by  2.5 inches)
• 1 box of non-perishable snacks for 24 students
• 4 large Elmer’s glue sticks
• 2 highlighters
• 1 wide ruled composition notebook (no wire binding and must have guidelines)
• 2 large pink or white erasers
• 1 box Twistables crayons
• 1 folder

Grades 3

• 20-48 sharpened No. 2 pencils (Ticonderoga)
• 2 large pencil erasers
• 2 packages of pencil top erasers
• 1 package of twistables colored pencils (18-24 count)
• 1 package of skinny washable markers
• 1 zipper pencil pouch
• 6 glue sticks
• 1 wide ruled single subject notebook
• 1 wide ruled composition notebook (no wire binding and must have guidelines)
• 1 binder ½”
• 4 plastic folders (1 blue, 1 green, 1 orange, 1 color of choice)
• 2 highlighters (2 different colors)
• Ziplock bags one box of each (quart size and gallon)

Grades 4

• 24 sharpened No. 2 pencils
• 1 box colored pencils 12 count
• 4 plastic folders with pockets (1 yellow, 1 green, 1 red, and 1 student choice)
• 3 basic spiral notebooks 70 page count
• 1 composition notebook
• 1 zippered pencil bag

Grades 5

• 48 sharpened wooden No. 2 pencils
• 4 erasers
• 2 black Expo markers
• 1 box of 12 count colored pencils
• 3 basic spiral 70 page notebooks (1 red, 1 green, 1 color of choice)
• 5 durable plastic folders (1 blue, 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 color of choice)
• 1 zippered pencil bag (no pencil boxes)
• 1 view binder (1 inch)
