Nutrition

*  Veganism is not simply a diet, it’s a moral philosophy that is committed to reducing animal (both human and non-human) suffering wherever feasibly possible. As such, there are both healthy and unhealthy plant based diets, just like there are both healthy and unhealthy omnivorous diets. That being said, nutrition is my field of study and I thought it was important to include a section on this list that delves deeper into it as it relates to the dietary side of the vegan movement.
