Adding Profiles to Google Chrome
By following the steps below, you will be able to sign in to your Boone County account using the Chrome browser (on a laptop or pc) and continue to have the other users in your home have their accounts logged in as well. Instead of signing them out, we will be adding a new profile.
- Open Google Chrome

- Click the “profile man.”

- Click Add
- Add a name for the profile, select an image and click add.

- Click “Sign In.”

- Students will need to enter the full email which is their first.last@stu.boone.kyschools.us. For some students this may include a number.

- Click next.
- Enter their password.
- When prompted they need to click LINK DATA. This will link their data from their chromebook to the internet browser they are using.

- Click Yes, I’m In and proceed to the program that they need to get to.
