Apex Sponsorship Agreement

Sponsorship opportunities below are based on yearly or per event basis.

Event Types

  1. High Performance Drivers Education (HPDE)

Non competitive events known for education for drivers in Novice, Intermediate and Advanced levels driving groups. Instruction and Classroom included at these events.

  1. Lap Attack (Time Trial)

Competitive events with rules and vehicle classing known for education and competition in multiple level driving groups. Instruction and Classroom included at most events.

  1. Road X (Autocross)

Autocross events held on a road course circuit. Standard autocross rule set and vehicle classing.

  1. Apex Afternoons

Half day track events scheduled in the later afternoons similar to TNiA. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced level drivers are welcome.

This Agreement shall bind and ensure to the benefit of the parties hereto. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to conflict of laws principles.  This document contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and neither party shall have any obligation, expressed or implied by law, with respect to trade secret or proprietary information of the other party except as set forth herein.  Any failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision.  This Agreement may not be amended, nor any obligation waived, except by a writing signed by both parties hereto.

The term of this Agreement shall extend from the Effective Date to its date of termination, December 31, 2022. Termination shall not, however, affect the continuing rights, covenants and obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination.

Apex Driving Academy and its subsidiaries reserve the right to stop any driver from participating in any of its activities due to unsafe driving or negligence, at discretion. This includes but is not limited to sponsored admittance and their customers.
