How Your Data is Stored
We use hosting services, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other third party companies for data, social and advertising related data storage. Payment information for direct transactions with Webdirexion LLC is stored and secured via the two payment gateway services we use -- PayPal and Stripe. We also use secure customer applications to store and maintain customer contact information including MailChimp for emailing purposes, and OnePage CRM for customer contact and service purposes. These are standard practices for online businesses.
Forms Processing & GPDR: We use WPForms to process contact forms. From their GPDR overview page: “WPForms provides 100% privacy for your entries, and so we do not collect any entry data on our end.” So, your information is not captured by WPFoms.com, but we do securely store your information in our own database. The form information you send (ie. via a contact form) is securely stored in a database that is protected at the WordPress level by WordFence, a market leading security plugin, and by security software and hardware at the hosting level, maintained and managed by the hosting company we use -- SiteGround. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment at our websites (on the WordPress.org platform), the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on our sites, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
