Terms & Conditions

1. You hereby confirm that the consent of the Referral has been received before providing their personal details on this form.
2. You hereby consent to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of the referral process and authorize PartnerStack to send a referral offer with your full name to the provided email address of the Referral.
3. You agree to fully disclose to any such friend(s) and prospective Referral(s) that you could earn cash commissions should they become PartnerStack customers.
4. You should not publish or distribute your referral links where the audience is likely to include individuals you have not secured their express consent, or whom you do not know personally.
5. You as a participant will be fully responsible for complying with any required tax documentation or attendant tax obligations upon receipt of cash commissions (where applicable).
6. You or the Referral may at any time exercise your right to opt-out of the sharing of personal information. For more information, see our privacy policy.
7. You will not qualify to receive any cash commissions for referring yourself or a company that you are currently employed with.
8. If the Referral takes no action with Partnerstack within 30 days of initial submission, you are no longer eligible to receive any cash commission for that Referral.
