Red Hat - Labs Planning and Management Lead (May 2020 - May 2025)
- Lead a team of 4 engineers responsible for maintaining multiple labs across the world in support of Red Hat's Telco 5G product offerings (Openshift)
- Directed end-to-end design and buildout of a 100 rack datacenter cage with a custom 4G/5G Faraday enclosure while managing procurement and infrastructure investments totaling $20M to support multiple teams
- Oversee 50+ dedicated lab environments, each featuring its own top-of-rack (ToR) networking and specialized configurations
