Members Absent:Stephanie Rollins, Pastor Claire Sullivan, Beatrice, Salis, Jennifer Crawford

1.Student attendance: 72 students online

                                      Teachers:                                                                                        Canedo,Clampton

                                      543 students on campus

2.Calendar Review:

           Dec 16th- Light Parade 6-7:30

           Jan 12 and 13- Parent conferences

                                         11:50 Dismissal

           Jan. 12,13, 14- Early Dismissal 11:50

3.Override Update: Failed

                  Dr. Shough came to Liberty to discuss                            options that can occur.

                  $850,000 Must be cut

4.Survey Open Enrollment:

                  3 Questions will be sent to parents:

                         1. Who will remain at Liberty?

                         2. How many kids are at their home?

                         3. What grades are their children?

Those that are going to Blue Horizon next year:

5th grade- 8 students

6th grade-62 students

7th grade-73 students

5.Agriculture/Carnival -

                  April 28th- will combine both

                  (Kids want Obstacle Course-Kade)

6.Budget Report-

           Kendra- Override "NO" Items (Page given)

           How we stand financially?

                         $850,000 must be cut

           Liberty - good stewards with money.

                         70% went into classrooms/kids

                         30% other

Kade- Students concerned about:

                         *specials

                         *sports

                         *Intervention Coaches

(Idea was to have kids videos of how important these things are to them.)

7.Transfer of Moneys:

$685.00 transferred to Cloverbuds from Tax Credit Greatest Needs for Sponsor Stipends.
