Anne Cordero-Rabe - Graduated from Santa Barbara High School (Go Dons!), and then UCLA (Go Bruins!), with a BA in History. Received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Master’s degree in education from UCSB (Go Gauchos!).
- I have been teaching Kindergarten, first and second grade for 16 years; 15 of those years at Brandon School (Go Islanders!).
- My favorite books are The Fab Five, by Mitch Albom, Where the Wild Things Are, by Maurice Sendeck, historical fiction novels and anything by Shel Silverstein.

- Favorite children’s books: All variations of the story The Gingerbread Boy and the literature unit I teach each year using those stories. Favorite adult book: I love historical fiction and have many favorites. One of my favorites is The Book Thief.
