The cabana is semi-enclosed. Walls and curtains offer enclosure and privacy

The visit will take around 120 minutes.

The experience is designed to be COVID safe. Masks are not required

There is a campfire that warms the cabana

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

No, there will not be a translator

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, there will be food and drinks available for purchase.

Can I take photos or record the experience? 

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

No, masks are not required.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

We encourage everyone attending to arrive on time or even a few minutes prior. If you’re late, you’ll simply join the ongoing event.  

Can I bring animals?

Yes, Hook Hall is a pet friendly venue!

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes, service dogs are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

Since the event will include alcohol. You must be 21+ to attend.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, it is.

Is there parking available?

While there is paid meter parking available, we recommend you arrive via rideshare apps or the metro. The Petworth/Georgia Avenue Metro (Green/Yellow Line) is only 4 blocks away. Click this link to see our arrival guide

What if the weather is bad?

The event will resume unless there are major weather issues that would cause the event to be canceled. In that case, we’d reach out to let you know.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Weapons, outside alcohol, flash photography, and anything that could disrupt the event or other attendees

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No, we do not provide wheelchairs for rent.

Regarding the tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes but we cannot promise availability. We highly encourage you reserve online ahead of time.  

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

We do not allow refunds. For special cases, reach out to us.

Is there a Military discount?

No, there is not.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you do not. The digital ticket is enough.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Cherry Blossom Uncle Nearest Hot Tub Cabana can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
