Why we shouldn’t kill animals

1.Imagine this...you go into a clothes shop and find warm looking, cozy jackets but the colour...it has a familiar colour... then... SNAP!!!! In your head you see a coyote picture of when your uncle went to the zoo and then you look at the jacket. The coyote has the exact same orangey coloured fur and you figured something out. The cozy jacket was made out of the precious fur of a coyote and you feel sick about humans, hunters killing and skinning majestic animals to sell the fur for money.  Hunting and killing animals for their fur, tusks or a trophy should be banned.

2.Firstly, animals are part of a food chain.  All animals have a special place in the food chain, from the bottom to the top.  If one animal becomes extinct, it can have a huge affect on the food chain.  For example, if all the lions were killed there would be too many prairie animals such as zebras and antelope,  This would mean the plants would die out because they would eat them all and then they would die because they didn’t have enough to eat.

3.Secondly, animals can help humans and it is true back in ancient india elephants were considered friends of humans and hard workers. They were used for stuff like helping in farming, road works and carriage pushing. Dogs were used for herding sheep ( but not like  baring teeth and chomping, more of little pushes and a gentle scare) and the horses helped the people with pulling carriages. Any animal can be useful if you train it properly and show it who's boss.

4.Lastly, hunting animals could mean disaster. So look, people call hunting a “sport” but imagine this if you went duck hunting and the duck was flying and you had a very powerful gun that could go very far and woosh a plane going 1000 miles an hour darts in, you miss the duck  and hit the plane! It’s engine breaks and 20 people lose their lives who will be blamed...you. Hunting is a dangerous thing to do and if you didn’t know that hunting was banned in the country you were in and there was an accident that would be in an increase in your criminal background.

5.Conclusion

I hope you are convinced that killing animals is wrong.  Firstly we don’t want to mess up the food chain, secondly, animals help humans in many ways, and thirdly hunting is very dangerous, not only to animals but also to humans! Do your best to help save our animals!
