the crayfish lab is directly on the heels of the Starfish dissection.  This unit will consist of what a crayfish is and its’ function in the ecological systems of fresh water environments.  Using the web site page here, (http://www.angelfire.com/sd/otagounidive/crayfish.pdf) to help students identify the types and various groups included with this animal, all of which are edible in part or whole

Dissection of the crayfish both in-person and virtually

Learners will identify organs and systems as a wet lab test during this process.
