HOS search project overview, review team responsibilities, assign teams, and refine timeline

1. Goals:

1. Recruit and hire a new Head of School
2. Engage in a process that reflects the mission and values of the GO Community
3. Preform the process with transparency

2. Timeline to be refined by Nayir and Amy, discussed at next meeting, then presented to BOD
3. Teams:

1. Prep Team (Job Description, Minimum Education, Experience, and Certifications, KSA, Competencies) - Engelfried, Vaughn, Casquejo Johnston, Petrofsky
2. Recruitment Team (Determine candidate sources, manage recruitment postings) - Rodriguez, Engelfried, DeAnda
3. Candidate Evaluation Team & Interview Team - TBD, Discussed that interview panel may include all willing members of this committee
4. Community Engagement Lead (Communicate Progress to PTO and Community, ensure community is engaged) - DeAnda
5. Project Management (Coordination of teams, managing documents, managing project to hit timeline, support teams, Brown Act Compliance) - Munoz, Compani

 Additional Notes:

Committee discussed process should result in recommending two final candidates to the BOD without prioritization of those final candidates.
