What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best visibility)
Zone A (great visibility)
Zone B (good visibility)
Zone C (fair visibility)
Zone D (limited visibility)
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Ticket changes
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible via car and public transport.
Is there food served?
No, but there is a bar at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the nave has level access. A ramp is available for access into the chancel. However, there is no step-free access to our galleries. There are a number of nearby car parks with designated disabled parking. The closest car park is the Birmingham Snow Hill station car park, where blue badge holders can park for free.

Is there parking available?
Pay and display on-street parking is available near the venue. There is also an NCP car park (entrance in Dale Street) approximately 200m away.
