Call Meeting to Order: 2:31

In Attendance:

*Action/ Agenda Items:

-Campus Enhancement: 3 tables ordered

*Art Docent

Art in Action curriculum is offering a 20% discount if we purchase 3 years in advance. Making the total $2,304 for 3 years. 1 order per grade level. We will be submitting a grant request to PHEF to have some or all of this expense covered.

Art in action has the option to purchase STEAM curriculum. This is a possibility for the art club next school year.

2nd grade has a new art docent!

3rd grade is still using the old curriculum.

-Quilt club starting in Oct. Will make quilts to donate to hospitals, hospice etc. will need sewing machine help & fabric donations

Opening balance: $ 29,523.21

Deposits: +$4,690.98 (penny drive)

Withdrawals: -$ 1,191.99 (Teacher support)

Ending Balance: $ 33,022.20

Talent show is in the works

*PTC Activities:

-Family Dance Night

Apr 5th 6-7pm 80’s theme

-Jog a Thon Fundraiser Apr 16th & 17th. Rain out day the following week. We will need volunteers. No paper pledge forms. Sami has made a video to pump the kids up before they run.

-Earth day Clean Up: would like to get scout troops involved. Possibly adding garden/park clean up as well. (weather permitting)

-Open House Dinner will be put on by the fire department

*Coordinators Reports:

-Running Club (Open coordinator position) 1385 mi ytd

-Staff Appreciation- Hollywood theme Coordinating with Weimar Hills PTC. Will need sponsors or donations for luncheon.

-Yearbook: custom pages to be submitted by 2nd week of APR

-Garden (Open)

-Book Fair/ Scholastic: We have $5300 in Scholastic money. Orders for next years Scholastic newspapers needs to be in by May 1. Will cost $2500. We can use Scholastic money for this.

-Book Fair May 16-23. Books will be delivered May 10-15th. Set up will be on the 15th.

-Friendly Neighbors will be working the book fair during open house on May 22.
