Meal Pickup
Prior to pick up
When navigating use Onfleet and double check the drive time for your pickup. If there is not enough time to travel to the chef, inform Lish immediately. Lish can tell the chef you will not make the scheduled time.
At the Pickup Location
- You can enter the restaurant up to 5 minutes prior to pickup time

- Bring the packing sheet and delivery equipment with you into the restaurant. Leave your meal kit in your vehicle. You do not want to leave it at the chef location!
- Let the restaurant know you’re with Lish and tell them your order code 
- Verify every component on the packing sheet is present, including special dietary requests
- Write in the number of trays/solo cups and circle the correct size container. 
- Your meal may be packaged family style or as Individual Meals. Be sure to correctly fill out your packing sheet depending on which style the order is. 
- Each component has a check box next to it. Everything should be checked off once you have verified all containers have been received and packed
- Pack the food into the delivery bags. 
- Heaviest/non-liquid items go on the bottom. (ie. rice, grains)
- Lightest/more liquid items go on top. (ie. lettuce greens, curries)
- Packing hot and cold items in separate bags.
- Inform Lish Support of any issues that may arise during your pick up, including late orders.  If anything is incorrect with your order, please ask the restaurant to correct it before leaving. This may include:
- Items not labeled or labeled with the incorrect information
- Packaging is the wrong “style” (ie. Family Style vs IPM Style)
- Portioning is off (ie. expecting rice for 100, receive one half tray). Lish may have you weigh food items while at the chef location.
- Complete the “LISH SIGNOFF” section before leaving the restaurant
- If any items are not ready at the Pickup time, please note the time that all items are received
- If any items are not labeled or packaged properly please take a photo and text to the Lish Helpline.
- Ask chef/restaurant contact to label or package anything that was not correct

- Complete Onfleet task after taking a photo of the completed packing sheet to upload with your task
- If finishing Onfleet task outside of the Pickup Window, please put reason in the note field before completing
If something is incorrect/missing, notify the restaurant immediately. DO NOT LEAVE without verifying all components are present. If your pickup will be late, notify the Driver Help Line immediately at (575) 208-4787.
