Prerequisites

Before configuring provisioning for Idiomatic, you need to contact Idiomatic support to obtain your Idiomatic orgId and secret API token.

Configuration Steps

Known Issues/Troubleshooting

OrgId must be set in SignOn settings before configuring provisioning.

If “Test API Credentials” fails, check that you saved the correct OrgId and confirm the API Token.

When importing users from Okta ignore users from idiomatic.io domain.

These are analysts accounts used for providing support and reports and you don’t need to add them to your Okta directory.
