Please be as specific as possible!!
If you are able to send me poses as reference or anything that may help me draw to your liking please do send them to me. This is so we can avoid major changes.
Progress will be sent to you for approval and you are prohibited from asking for changes after the color check.
Provide neat references.
Only fill in important information. Long paragraphs of the backstory will not give me a clear vision of the piece.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in the commission info.
If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to refuse your commission request. This will most likely be because of difficulty or that I am unable to execute it well in my style as well as my own time management.
I charge based off per hour worked on a piece, the ETA time worked on a piece will be given in the description of your commission. IF you want to have more time worked on it, please pay more for the time spent.

PAYMENTS/PRICING

There will be a fee for complexity, this can range from an extra 10% to 50% free.
What is considered at a 30% charge is FFXIV/Genshin Impact/MMO characters in heavy armor.
Backgrounds will be minimal/ solid colors and shapes/flowers while detailed backgrounds will include things such as furniture and scenery or of something specific unless specified.
However, extremely detailed commissions/backgrounds will be charged at the full 50% fee.
There will be an additional 30% fee for FFXIV weapons due to how complicated they are, this will be added on top of the complexity fee which is the additional 30% fee mentioned prior.
Additionally, a commission with two people will require a +75% fee of the original commission pricing. Ex: A Lined w/ color Full Body commission is $180 asking for another character will be 75% of $180 which is $130. The total for this will be $310.
If you want to rush the commission, there is a +%40 fee that must be paid in order to be bumped up in the queue/finish the piece in the given time.
Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

The commissioner may ask for the artist to make alterations DURING the sketch/draft phase. However, changes such as entirely different poses, characters, outfits, etc. are not allowed if I have already started working on the piece. This would mean during the lining/coloring process. Be SURE of what you want for your commission if you're not requesting a skeb-like.

Work In Progress screenshots will be given whenever progress is made and can be asked for.
I will reconfirm with the commissioner if the prior sketch looks ok, if it does then I will continue working on the piece till completion and will provide updates/wip screenshots if asked.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 5 months depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified ASAP.
However, the amount of time given for the said commission, will be worked on through stages and the provided ETA.
Example: Fullbody Commission - 6-7 hours total, sketch 30 minutes, lining 1 hour, then a break to work on more commissions/illustrations.
Commissions may take a week to 5 months depending on queue, schedule, and type of commission.
UNLESS STATED OTHER WISE all commissions that already have their wait time/delivery details will stay the same.
Delivery will ALWAYS be through google drive and through Vgen unless stated otherwise.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or website. Publish books using the piece. To display or post it where I like.
The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money from it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
I also do not allow the selling or use of NFTs/AI for my artwork.

Refunds will not be allowed after the sketch phase is done.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet, the artist has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, _tsukisaan, ever again if you file a chargeback against me.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

All communication will be through the provided social media that the commissioner has given but mainly through Vgen.
All topics for the commissioner will be on the topic of their commission and/or any questions that they have for other commissions/future commission options.
