Monday, Dec. 10: 360 Interim Review (Modules 1, 2, and 3 practice worksheets)

Tuesday. Dec. 11: 360 Interim Test

Wednesday, Dec. 12: Complete 360 Interim Test only if not completed the previous day.

Thursday, Dec. 13: Module 4 A  introduction to multi-step equations. Foldable on Step by step directions on solving 2 step equations and then gradually leading to multi-step equations.

Friday, Dec. 14: Solving multi-step equations using step by step foldable.

ELA

Monday and Tuesday--Practice Literary Analysis Task- Read two fiction passages and analyze how the differing points of view create conflict in the stories. Essay outline on how differing points of view create conflicts.

Wednesday--Type essay on how differing points of view create conflicts.

Thursday--Lesson 25- Begin reading and summarizing “The Allegory of the Cave”.

Friday--Lesson 26--Continue reading and summarizing “The Allegory of the Cave”.

Monday-Wednesday-       Tectonic Plate Boundaries Lab (The lab will consist of three days of skills, Narrative, and Activity stations.

Monday/Tuesday- The Civil War in Louisiana

Wednesday/Thursday- the effects of the war on Louisiana

Friday- the importance of Louisiana and the capture of New Orleans in the Civil War

Band

Focus: The Band is working on their Christmas Concert Music that will take place on December 12th.

Band Fundraisers this year:  World’s Finest Chocolate Sale in January.

Remaining Performances or Activities Until Christmas Holidays

Our Christmas Concert is on December 12th in the LCOMS Gym  The concert will begin@ 6pm

Students can dress in Christmas outfits.  They can wear Christmas hats, but the lights need to be turned off during the concert if there are lights on their hat.  

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE CONCERT HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE LCOMS GYM ON THE 12th
