*Drop Project - Shifty DDH Hazy Pale serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Hopped w/ Citra & Mosaic.
Holy Goat - Export Stout 1897 Export Stout 1897. This recipe was inspired by the stouts of yore, strong, dark and well hopped with all British ingredients.
Lost & Grounded - Keller Pils)
Crisp, unfiltered German-style pilsner. Everything a lager should be.
*Lost & Grounded - Hop Hand Fallacy Belgian-style wheat beer: a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, and citrus notes from dried bitter orange peel & ground coriander.
Overtone - Tay Goes On Sessionable fruited gose w/ local Scottish honeyberries & tayberries, Indian Coriander seeds and Himalayan sea salt.
Schöfferhofer Grapefruit (500ml) Combination of smooth Schöfferhofer unfiltered wheat beer w/ natural grapefruit flavoured drink.

Duration x Fonta Flora - Difficult Takes a Day, Impossible Takes a Week (375ml) Wild cherry saison bursting with cherry aroma and flavour. The tartness interplays with the sweetness of cherries.
Holy Goat - Sunsmasher (375ml) Blended golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces and aged on 250g/l Apricots.
The Kernel - Bière de Saison Small Damson Sour Cherry A blend of second extraction Bière de Saison Damson and Bière de Saison Sour Cherry. Fruity aroma, with a light, clean & sharp body.
Pastore x Holy Goat - Monotone E Capra (375ml) "Ram & Goat" - A Flanders Red style beer, aged for eight months, conditioned on Fredriksdal cherries, pinot noir grape skins and redcurrants.
Siren x Wiper & True - We Are Stardust (375ml) Modern English Stock Ale. Refermentation in barrels with brettanomyces.
Thornbridge x Saint Mars of the Desert - Secret World (375ml) Belgian style Quadrupel. Dark, strong and rich with inviting flavours of dried fruit.
Track - Malina (375ml) Wild ale, aged for 3 months in ex-red wine barrels, before being conditioned on 300g/l fresh British raspberries. Fresh & bright, yet complex.

Burning Sky - Coolship 2021 Blend of spontaneously fermented barrel aged beers. Oaky, w/ a pleasing acidity - unique to the Burning Sky landscape.
Burnt Mill x Cascade - Lost Field Golden sour fermented and aged in Amarone barrels for 2 years, led the way to give us a clean and crisp sour to then sit on cherries for a further 4 months.
Burning Sky - Imperial Stout 2021 Aged in oak vats for 2 years. Big vinous aromas meld with oak and dark berries on the nose. Rich and smooth texture of rich chocolate flavours in the mouth
Burning Sky - Table Beer Low alcohol mixed fermentation beer aged in well seasoned oak barrels for eight months to allow the yeasts to work their magic. The resulting beer was then dry hopped with whole leaf Celia for light earthy and citrus notes.
Crossover Blendery - Damascene A blend of 1 & 2 year old golden ales, spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels, w/ Damascene damsons.
Crossover Blendery - The Arc ‘22 A blend of 1 & 2 year old golden ales, spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels, w/ Alsace grape pomace. Then secondary fermented w/ Norfolk Blackcurrants
Deya - Crickley Hill Mixed fermentation ale, aged in oak, with organic strawberries
Marble x Osset -Plum Dubbel (66cl) A variation on a Belgian classic. Malty sweetness, with hints of caramel rounded by moderate fruity esters. Followed by a deep plum flavour.
Pastore - Raspberry Bacchus Aged saison, fermented with out house culture of wild yeasts and microbes, conditioned on second-use raspberries and bacchus skins collected from Gutter & Stars Wine, grown in Crouch Valley (Essex).
FINE CIDER (All 750ml unless otherwise stated)
Little Pomona - Orange Cider 2020 Dry cider made from a blend of Brown Snout (90%), which have an amazing orange bergamot aroma, and Dabinett apples (10%), spontaneously fermented, then aged in ex-brandy casks. A delightfully juicy, autumnal cider.
Oliver’s - Sweet Juice Rich Sparkling Perry Sweet and gently sparkling. Rich and juicy mouthfeel with notes of elderflower, rhubarb, pear and citrus. Almost ice-wine in viscosity and flavour. A real after-dinner treat.
Oliver’s - Bottle Conditioned Season 2019 A hazed amber liquid with classic Oliver's phenolics of tobacco & fruity spice, mixed with rich ripe autumnal apple. Nice pointing acidity, good length & full mouthfeel.
Pilton - In Touch 2020 Complex yet sessionable & fruit forward keeved cider, fermented in contact with grape skins.
