WCEU 2018 - SPEAKER WRANGLER - Talks
Check-in time: 30 minutes before the first session of your shift starts
Meeting point: Volunteers headquarter
Contact person: Speaker wrangler manager & Carole Olinger
INTRODUCTION
During the event, you’ll be helping the speakers arriving in the right track on time for tech check and setup. You’ll be helping and assisting them with everything else they might need before going on stage.
Finally, you’ll ask the speakers if they need any guidance back to the Green Room or to the Happiness Bar.
You’ll contribute to the smooth running of the sessions during WordCamp Europe 2018.
YOUR TEAM
Before you shift starts, you’ll meet the Speaker wrangler manager, to whom you are reporting to, and who will give you some brief instructions about your role:

- After the talk, ask the speakers if they need any guidance back to the Green Room or to the Happiness Bar.
