Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?

Proof of vaccination is no longer required to access this event.

Are the candles flammable?  

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are food and drink available?

Beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available for additional purchase.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter and at all times during the event. This includes everyone, no matter your vaccination status.
