Strafford KinderCampus, LLC opened in August of 2005 as an in-home daycare. We became a licensed family-group daycare in August of 2012, and began focusing on Kindergarten care and Kindergarten readiness. In October of 2015 we moved to a new location offering a classroom environment. In August of 2014 we opened our After School Enrichment Program at Strafford School, and in August of 2015 we launched our Strafford School Before School Program. In June of 2017 we became a Licensed Plus Center. In June of 2019 we closed our in-home center, and in August of 2019 opened Little Blessings Learning Center at St. Joseph’s Parish Center in Northwood.
At Strafford KinderCampus, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each child we serve. Our childcare and enrichment experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. By understanding each child’s individuality, the program will endeavor to meet individual needs and to encourage positive self-concepts. Students experience and learn respect, responsibility, and an appreciation for diversity. As caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a quality out-of-school-time program in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment, which fosters a child's natural desire to explore, discover, create, and become a lifelong learner. Strafford KinderCampus staff have been chosen for their sensitive, caring attributes and their ability to provide a nurturing environment responsive to the needs of the individual child. The staff have training, education, and experience in childcare as well as caring and concern for the program, the children and the employees and their families.
At Little Blessings, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each of God’s children we serve. Our childcare experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. By understanding each child’s individuality, the program will endeavor to meet individual needs and to encourage positive self-concepts. Students experience and learn respect, responsibility, and an appreciation for diversity. As Christian caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a quality Faith based early learning program in a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment, which fosters a child’s natural desire to explore, discover, create, and become a lifelong learner. By educating each child’s mind, body, and spirit children have the opportunity to develop a closer relationship with God and to explore and strengthen their Faith. Little Blessings staff have been chosen for their sensitive, caring attributes and their ability to provide a nurturing environment responsive to the needs of the individual child. The staff have training, education, and experience in early childhood education, as well as caring and concern for the program, the children, the employees, and our Faith community.
Our program is built around the concept that children learn best through play. We strive to create a learning environment that is natural, safe, stimulating and encouraging, allowing children to learn and grow during their time with us. We believe that natural, free play is vital for children’s social, cognitive, and physical development. Children develop knowledge of their world through active interactions with caregivers, peers, materials, and events. We believe that learning is sequential, building on prior understandings and experiences and learning in each area is
interconnected. Young children learn best through experiences, which incorporate several areas of development. Learning begins in the family, continues in early care and education settings, and depends on parent involvement and caregiver guidance.

We share our time as both a group and as individuals focusing on: large and fine motor skills; letter recognition and writing; emergent literacy skills; creative expression through art, music, and movement; problem-solving and self-help skills, social-emotional skills, engaging appropriately with peers and teachers, as well as regulating emotions effectively; and cognitive skills such as early numeracy concepts, science, and social studies, while exploring a variety of approaches to learning.
Our emergent curriculum incorporates the "Learning Without Tears" writing format, as well as "God Made the World" and "God Made Me" lessons and activities, appropriate classroom behavior skills, such as listening and following directions, using positive virtues and manners, playground and classroom safety, and learning to wait our turn!

Strafford KinderCampus will be CLOSED for the following paid days/holidays:
The Center is required by law to report any apparent incidence of child abuse or neglect defined as "non-accidental infliction or threat of infliction of physical, emotional, or mental harm to a child." Any person having cause to believe that a child's physical or mental health or welfare has been or may be adversely affected by abuse or neglect shall report to any local or state law enforcement agency, and in addition, reports shall be made to the Department of Child, Youth and Families (DCYF). All such reports must contain but not limited to the name, birthdate and address of the child, the name and address of the person responsible for the care of the child, and any other pertinent information. All Strafford KinderCampus staff are mandated reporters of suspected child abuse and neglect and must comply with the state reporting standards.
It is Strafford KinderCampus’s goal to support children’s social and emotional well-being at all times. In order to support the child, when family dynamics change or in times of family stress, it is important to communicate these issues with the Director and/or teaching team as soon as possible. If a family has court orders or legal documents outlining custody and/or visitation, parents should submit copies of these documents to us as soon as they are received in order to properly uphold them. Our staff cannot prevent a parent from visiting with or picking up his or her child unless a valid, enforceable court order or legal document has been presented to and discussed with the Director. Once presented with a court order or legal document, staff are obligated to follow the order for the entire period it is in effect. Staff are not permitted to violate a court ordered legal document for anyone. All staff will use their best efforts to uphold court orders and legal documents regarding child custody and visitation. However, under no circumstances should any staff member
jeopardize his or her own safety or the safety of any child in order to prevent a non-custodial parent from visiting with or picking up his or her children. In the event of a flagrant violation of an order, authorities will be notified and every effort will be made to ensure the child’s safety. In the absence of a court order on file with Strafford KinderCampus, both parents shall be allowed equal access to their child as stipulated by law. Our staff cannot, without a court order, limit the access of one parent at the request of the other parent, regardless of the reason. If a situation presents itself where one parent does not want the other parent to have access to their child, we suggest that the parent keep the child with him/herself until a court order is issued if the parent feels the child’s safety is at stake. Parents with court orders detailing custodial arrangements will only be permitted to visit on days in which they are afforded custody as per the court order. For example, if a parent is afforded visitation/custody on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, then that parent will only be able to visit or pick-up their child on those days.
Strafford KinderCampus accepts any child, including those with special needs. If a child has an Individual Education Plan, we will assist families and other outside agencies in implementing the plan. Occasionally the staff and family may conclude that a child requires additional types of diagnostic and support services beyond the scope of the program related to her/his emotional, physical or psychological development. The staff will work to assist the family in identifying and obtaining services, as well as providing an appropriate program whenever possible.
No referrals for diagnostic or support services are made without prior consent
from the family. Staff members will work with the family in implementing recommendations resulting from evaluations to support the child. Family confidentiality is maintained in all referrals. Referrals to agencies and persons who provide evaluations, child observations, family counseling, and other services that support families are made upon request.
Special services provided by outside agencies can be administered as a part of the child’s usual day in the classrooms. Special Educators may work with the children outside of the classroom environment with consent from the parents.

Children will only be released to authorized adults as listed on the Enrollment Form. In the event that we do not recognize or have not met an authorized person we will ask for identification (i.e. driver’s license). Written or verbal permission may be given by parents for alternate persons, with proper identification.
Parents are requested to inform staff if their child will not be in attendance for the day by notifying staff in advance, via Procare, or calling, texting or e-mailing the Executive Director.
KinderCampus staff take photographs and videos of enrolled children on a regular basis for family enjoyment and business purposes. Strafford KinderCampus retains all rights, title, and interest in these materials and may use and disseminate them in a variety of ways, in its sole judgment. Strafford KinderCampus takes care that any use, display, or dissemination of photographs or videos of children is for family enjoyment, its general business purposes, is accomplished in a thoughtful, safe, and secure manner appropriate under the particular circumstances. KinderCampus generally uses media to communicate with families and to illustrate the daily curriculum, to chronicle a child’s activities and to illustrate the daily curriculum, but may be used for mass media by Strafford KinderCampus.

Strafford KinderCampus’s goal is to support healthy development of young children. To that end, there are important health standards and procedures that must be adhered to.
At the time of enrollment, all children must have on file a Child Health Form completed by a licensed health care provider. Once children are enrolled, Heath Forms must be updated annually for children under the age of 6 years.Health Forms are available on our website.
At the time of enrollment, all children must have on file an updated immunization record completed by a licensed health care provider. Each time your child receives a new immunization, please bring in an updated copy for your child’s file. Parents who choose not to have their children immunized must complete a waiver or request a letter from the child’s health care provider.
The following immunizations are required by the State of New Hampshire for children enrolled in child care: DTaP, Hep B, IVP (Polio),Hib, MMR, and VAR (Varicella/Chickenpox).
Children, staff, parents and visitors are required to wash hands after using the
bathroom, before and after preparing or eating snacks/meals, handling bodily
fluids, handling garbage, or after playing outdoors.
The following Policy is based on New Hampshire Child Care Program Licensing Regulations:
When children are in a group setting, they are likely to become ill from time to time. Families are strongly encouraged to arrange for back up child care should their child be excluded from the program due to illness. Note that children who are well enough to be at school should be well enough to play outdoors. The best indicator of a child’s wellness is whether they are able to keep up with the other children. Please understand that caring for children who aren’t feeling well is more difficult in a group setting than caring for a sick child at home.
Signs of a healthy child include:
Signs of Illness:
While we regret the inconvenience caused by strict adherence to these guidelines, our concern for all the children in our care dictates a very conservative approach when dealing with health matters. Because of conflicting medical opinions about the advisability of re-admitting children receiving treatment who still appear ill, the Center will err on the side of safety for all children when making such decisions and ask for your tolerance and understanding. Should your child contract a contagious illness, please notify the Director immediately so other parents can be alerted to the possibility of exposure.
If children present with symptoms and are unable to participate in daily activities, parents will be contacted. We may call to discuss the symptoms your child is encountering, or we may be calling to request that you pick up your child. Often, we see early symptoms as a warning of a larger problem. Children will be excluded from the program with any of the symptoms listed below. If you have questions about your child’s wellness, do not hesitate to talk with a member of our team.
Parents will be contacted if children are experiencing:
If your child needs to be absent due to illness, please message via Procare or e-mail straffordkindercampus@gmail.com with the nature of the illness and how long you anticipate your child will be absent, so we will not be expecting your child and can warn other families of potential exposure. In the event that your child is kept home or sent home with any of the above symptoms or conditions, he or she will not be allowed to return until they have been symptom/fever free for a full 24 hours. Children with a diagnosed bacterial infection may return 24 hours after beginning treatment with antibiotic medication if they are fever free for 24 hours and able to participate normally in the program. When any child has symptoms of or is known to have a communicable disease, we are required to contact the bureau of disease control and prevention for instructions regarding whether/how long the ill child is required to be excluded from the program.
Strafford KinderCampus staff only administers medications when absolutely
necessary. It is imperative that parents complete a Medication Administration Form
whenever their child needs a medication, being sure to indicate the time and amount of the last dosage given to the child. The Center and its staff accept no responsibility or liability for any error or omission regarding administration of medication.
We recommend asking the pharmacist for a second prescription bottle; one for school and one for home. Medications cannot be mixed with food or beverages without medical advice. All medications must be in the original container, be within the expiration date with the dosing requirements based on the age and or weight of the child. Staff will administer prescription medications according to the prescription label and/or directions from a medical provider and with a completed Medication Administration Form.
Non-prescription medications including Tylenol, cold and cough medications are only administered as advised by a parent guardian. Doses administered must be signed by a parent at pick-up time. KinderCampus staff can apply topical creams and ointments based on the directions on the label and with a completed Medication Administration Form.
Children requiring emergency medications such as a rescue inhaler, allergy medications, or epi-pen must leave required medications on site with a signed Action Plan signed by both the parent and physician with step by step instructions on when to give the medication and at what dose. A Medication Administration Form will be completed should any emergency medication be administered, and must be signed by a parent at pick-up time.
Strafford KinderCampus staff can only apply sunscreen and insect repellent with parent consent. Please send in your choice of sunscreen and insect repellent
within the expiration date to be applied with written consent as needed throughout the day.
In accordance with licensing regulations, all children in attendance more than 5 hours at the Program will have an opportunity to rest or sleep each day. Children will be provided with a quiet place to sleep. Parents should provide for their child a nap mat or sleeping bag to be used only for your child. Pre-School children are encouraged to clean up their nap mats after rest time. A large reusable bag for nap mat storage labeled with your child’s name will be provided. All washable fabrics are sent home weekly for washing.
Children must rest for at least 30 minutes each day. Children who do not fall asleep after 30 minutes will be given quiet activities, books or puzzles or table choices. It is best practice not to wake children, however, children may be woken up from nap with written parent permission.
Please refer to the Emergency Operating Procedures which have been specifically created for each location.
One of our goals for children is to support healthy eating habits that last a lifetime. We believe that mealtime is such a wonderful time to sit, visit, and instill healthy eating habits. We believe that when children listen to their bodies they learn self-regulation and this can increase a child’s self-esteem. We support children’s internal cues by asking them to listen to their bodies. We ask the children questions such as: “are you feeling hungry?”, “is your belly full?” or “are you feeling thirsty?” We do our very best to avoid controlling feeding practices and encourage children to try a wide variety of foods. We also support their ability to understand learning when their bellies feel full. As we know, childhood obesity is a growing epidemic in this country, which can be prevented by teaching healthy eating habits. When we encourage children to listen to their bodies and we model healthy eating, we promote wellness. We build self-esteem through our practices by giving children the confidence in their decision making and encouraging them to make healthy choices.
Strafford KinderCampus encourages families to provide well rounded, whole foods at mealtimes. When all of the foods children are offered are healthy this helps to eliminate mealtime power struggles. Children should bring an adequate amount of nutritionally sound snacks each day. Children have the opportunity to have a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack each day. Children have access to water throughout the day. Please send in a water bottle for your child daily. To promote healthy nutrition, candy and gum are not permitted to be brought to school.
To avoid serious allergic reactions and the potential of anaphylaxis shock, parents of children with an identified food allergy should provide Benadryl and an Epi-pen, and an Action Plan should be on hand each day and on field trips. We will allow for a designated “allergy free” eating space to accommodate a safe eating space for your child to reduce the risk of cross contamination from other students.
If a child has any special dietary needs, please include this information on the registration form and inform the childcare staff.
Please notify your child’s teacher should your child have a food allergy.
To ensure the safety and well-being of children under the age of 3 and minimizing the risk of choking during meal and snack times, we have implemented the following policy:
Strafford KinderCampus is committed to providing a safe eating environment for all children. Due to the increased risk of choking in children under the age of 3, specific food restrictions will be enforced in accordance with best practices and child safety guidelines.
The following foods are not permitted for children under 3 years of age while in our care:
All food served to children under 3 will be cut into age-appropriate sizes. Staff shall be trained to recognize and respond to choking emergencies. Children will be seated and supervised during all meals and snacks.
Parents are asked to follow these guidelines when sending food from home. Any food items that pose a choking risk will be returned home or modified by staff if possible.
A quality early childhood experience begins with a good relationship and positive communication between parents and faculty. The teaching team encourages parent input and values cooperative relationships with parents. We welcome parent participation, your input and feedback. To ensure consistent care between home and school, we encourage parents to spend a few minutes every day talking with the teachers at drop off or pick up, by e-mail or by phone.
Parents should make every effort to keep their contact information up to date.
If there is any change to a parent's normal routines, it is important to communicate this to the staff. Children are affected by change in daily routines, regardless of how insignificant we may think it is, and this is helpful information for staff to know.
KinderCampus utilizes Procare for sharing information. This allows for families to receive the information both on the Procare App, and in their e-mail. Any family requiring assistance using the Procare App should speak with their child’s teacher. Pictures of daily activities are also included in our monthly Newsletters, which can be found on our website.
KinderCampus has an open door policy and parents are encouraged to visit at any time. Parents are also welcome to participate in curriculum activities including reading and singing with children, sharing a skill, by participating in field trips or sharing a special family tradition. We also encourage family participation in our special events. Friends or other family members are also welcome to visit with parental consent.
Parents are our clients. We are here to listen and work through any questions or concerns should they arise. We encourage parents to talk with teachers about issues regarding their children. If the problem is still unresolved, parents and teachers should direct their concerns to the Director.
Parents are welcome to message their child’s teachers any time using their Procare app. Parent-Teacher Conferences are always available upon request.
Please do not contact teachers for Center business by texting or instant messaging to their personal devices. The best way to contact your child’s teacher is by sending a message via Procare.
E-mails will be responded to as soon as possible. The priority is to be with the children, and the Executive Director may not always be able to respond immediately. If ever your message is urgent, please contact us on the office phone at (603) 817-3571.
Parents can request to meet with members of their child’s teaching team at
any time. Parent teacher conferences are available upon request to review
child progress.
Strafford KinderCampus has a philosophy of positive guidance, incorporating creative teaching and involvement to help children develop self-discipline and inner control over their actions. It is based on mutual respect and an understanding of children's needs and development. Positive guidance uses redirection, verbalization of misunderstandings, consistency, and acceptance of feelings, firmness, and fairness. Children are encouraged to express their feelings verbally as well as to discuss and resolve conflicts rather than "act out" their feelings. Discipline, like any other life skill, is a learning process. In our Programs this process is carried out by:
Routine;
Setting reasonable rules, limits and expectations that are developmentally appropriate;
Families are asked to follow these same guidelines at home as well as at the Program. This is a children’s Program – they need to feel safe here. We cannot let the child’s trust in us or in the program be broken. We will not allow other children to make unsafe choices while in the presence of other children and staff. The child will be removed from the classroom and remain under the direct supervision of the Director and/or Site Director until the child becomes in control of his/her behavior, so that other children will remain safe at all times. If unsafe behavior continues, or if a child becomes threatening or abusive, then the child’s parent/guardian will be contacted and asked to pick the child up from the Program. If this behavior becomes chronic, this may result in termination from the program. To that end, we will not allow abusive, neglectful, physical, corporal, humiliating or frightening treatment or
punishment of children. We will not yell or curse at a child. Consequently, we firmly insist that no parent ever hit, physically mishandle, humiliate, yell or curse at their child or any other child while in the program or while on a program outing. Behaviors learned at home are often mirrored in the classroom.
To promote overall healthy development, outdoor play is generally planned
three times daily. Parents should provide outdoor play appropriate outdoor
clothing that is clearly labeled. Outside time is only cancelled in the event of
inclement weather, severe cold, or extreme heat. See the Outdoor Play Policy for additional information.
Field Trips:
Field trips encourage broad awareness of the environment and develop self-
assurance in children. They also provide opportunities to improve social skills
and discover exciting new worlds. Children in our Summer Camp Program will
periodically travel on field trips. Notice will be posted at least forty-eight hours
in advance. Written permission forms must be completed for a child to attend
each trip. A First Aid kit is always available and attendance is checked often.
Transportation will be provided by center staff. An adult will supervise each group. All riders will use age appropriate safety seats and seat belts at all times.
Children may have an opportunity to swim during Summer field trips. Signed
permission slips are required for each field trip. Parents are asked to provide
swim diapers for children who are not fully toilet trained and life jackets are
recommended. Swim suits and a dry towel should be sent in daily during
Summer Camp. All KinderCampus Staff are water-certified.
Because they play a valuable role in children’s development, our classrooms are encouraged to have direct access to classroom pets each day. In accordance with common sense and licensing regulations, children and staff will practice good hygiene and hand washing when pets or their accessories are handled. Children may not bring their live pets from home into the Center unless discussed in advance
with the classroom teachers.
Each day, children need to wear weather appropriate clothing for both indoors and out. Slip-on, play clothes are recommended because when children are learning it can get messy and dirty! When your family has plans after hours, please feel free to use our bathroom to clean up and change your child to a fresh set of clothes. Draw strings on clothing or hats should be no longer than 6 inches or have a toggle. Children's clothing should be comfortable, allowing complete freedom of movement, washable, and suitable for daily indoor and outdoor activities.Since children spend time outdoors almost every day, parents should consider weather conditions when planning daily dress. A complete change of clothing (every item labeled) should be kept in your child’s backpack. To encourage development of independent bathroom skills, children's clothing should be easy for them to manipulate with a minimum of assistance. For example, preschoolers should refrain from overalls, belts, and other clothing that may be difficult for them to manipulate on their own. Children should have clothing/sunhats that are free of draw strings. Please provide non-
slip shoes that are sturdy and protect children’s growing bones, muscles and cartilage for both indoors and out. We highly recommend a sneaker or athletic shoe. Please do not send your child in open-toed shoes, flip flops, crocks or slippers. Water shoes that encompass the entire foot are required for outdoor water play.
Children need a labeled hat for both cold and hot weather.
Teachers monitor temperatures and weather patterns throughout the day. We teach children to be aware of their body temperature and encourage them to add or remove clothing based on their comfort level. Please provide your child with a sweatshirt or fleece kept in your child’s backpack.
For safety reasons, we recommend that children do not wear any jewelry while at school. Stud earrings are acceptable.
B.S.E./A.S.E.: Movies on projector are occasionally shown during aftercare. Children attending before and after school care are permitted to bring electronics with parent permission. Students are allowed to use electronics at the discretion of the Site Director. Students must sit at a table designed for electronics only. Children who do not have electronics are not permitted to observe students who are using them. Screen time is closely monitored by staff members.
Little Blessings: Tablets/phones are not permitted at KinderCampus (with the exception of camp weeks) unless previously arranged with teachers in special circumstances. Educational shows or rest time music may be played on the television during rest time. Gross motor activities (yoga, dance music, etc.) may also be shown during the day when weather does not permit us to go outside.
Except for special items needed to smooth the transition from home, toys and personal belongings from home should be limited to "show-and-tell" days. This will avoid lost possessions and hurt feelings. Children should not bring in candy, gum, or money. The Center will make reasonable efforts to safeguard children's personal belongings and clothing, but will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Strafford KinderCampus utilizes Emergent Curriculum as a framework for early learning. With an Emergent Curriculum, children are given the opportunity to explore and discover the world around them by matching their development and their interests. In this warm and caring setting, teachers are guides to learning and the classrooms are a museum of learning areas. Each day the classroom’s learning centers, routines and the curriculum inspire children’s curiosity. Every moment of the children’s day is planned with intention and experiences that promote learning. The goal is to provide an educational experience that promotes social and emotional wellbeing while promoting the multiple intelligences of each child. Through observations, we gather information about the individual child’s development and interests and create educational opportunities where the child can learn and grow at their own speed. It is never our intention to push children too hard or too fast which can set them up for failure. Once teachers complete observations, they provide materials and an environment that supports quality early learning. Strafford KinderCampus focuses on the well-being and early education of children. Our philosophy is that if children are happy and healthy that they are ready to learn. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has recently published Milestone Moments. These researched based materials give parents and teachers a concise way to discuss your child’s development from birth to five years. There is information on what parents can do to support your child’s growth and learning at home and a guide outlining what to do if your child has not reached a milestone. Take a look at these materials as well as the “Your Baby/Your Child” sections to gain an understanding of the developmental milestones that correlate to your child’s age.
KinderCampus believes that these tools provide a focal point for parent-teacher
communication to answer the question, “What did I Learn Today?” The materials can be found at www.cdc.gov/milestones.
Each day children are given the chance to explore: Physical Development, Social and Emotional Development, Approaches to Learning, Creative Learning Aesthetic Development, Communication and Literacy Development, Health and Safety and Cognitive Development
As part of our curriculum, we focus on building character. Each month, we target a new character value to focus upon. Teachers are incorporating activities and examples into their everyday teaching to help students strengthen their skills. When teachers witness exemplary demonstrations of the character value, they recognize students with a Strafford KinderCampus Leadership Award. At the beginning of each month, the new value for the current month is introduced with a fun video, story or a guest speaker. The speaker introduces the students to his/her career and discusses how he/she utilizes that character value within his/her job. If anyone would like to share their career with our class please let us know!

Little Blessings celebrates Faith in a variety of ways. We incorporate lessons from the series “God made me” and “God made the World”, in our art projects, in songs, we learn about Saints, we pray before meals, we talk about Easter, Advent, Christmas, Hanukkah, and other religious Holidays. If your family has a Holiday you would like us to acknowledge, please let your child’s teachers know. We celebrate all Faiths!
The Prayers we commonly practice are:
Grace before meals:
“God is Great, God is Good. Let us Thank Him for our Food. Amen.”
The Lord’s Prayer (Pre-K, normally in song):
“Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.”
Songs:
We often learn Faith-based songs during music class and in our classrooms. We invite families to join us at Christmas time and at our end of the year Celebration in June, to hear your children sing some of the songs that they have learned throughout the school year.
Strafford KinderCampus respects and values a diverse community. Together with families, we expose children to a variety of cultural experiences as part of our daily planning. Our multi-cultural, anti-bias curriculum provides year round exploration of family cultures and traditions.
KinderCampus prides itself for being respectful of all who are part of the Strafford KinderCampus family. Holidays which are relevant and interesting to young children are acknowledged, but few are celebrated at the Center. Many Holidays are discussed as part of the curriculum and included as part of the classroom activities. Children and families are encouraged to participate by sharing family traditions and celebrations that represent the children’s heritage. If your family is opposed to your child participating in ANY Holiday celebration, please notify the Director.

In the event of a more serious illness or injury, parents give permission for their child to be transported to a hospital or other emergency medical facility to receive emergency medical treatment. Parents also authorize ambulance/rescue squad attendants to administer such treatment as is medically necessary, and authorize licensed health practitioners working in the hospital or emergency medical facility to examine and provide emergency medical treatment to their child if warranted. Parents understand that they will be contacted by child care program or library staff personnel as soon as possible regarding any emergency involving their child. In the event of an emergency, parents will be contacted at the phone number given at the time they registered their child for the activity.
