Choose a Map

In this module we have four different processes you can choose to do your home practice.  

Choose one option below for this assignment.

A) Mindful Cesarean role play

B) Informed consent role-play

C) Wise & Compassionate Use of Drugs & Epidural  

• Study the Map for one of the options above.  

• Explore the provided Resources (including videos, audio recordings, etc.) that correspond to your chosen process.

• Practice the chosen process with a colleague, friend, or family member.  

• Then share this process with a pregnant parent.  

• Plan to come back to the processes that you do not choose for this Home Practice so that you can enrich and expand your offerings for the parents you serve.
