Atlanticus, the brand name for ATLA SAS, being a French corporation, this agreement will be governed by the laws of France and will be developed in compliance with them.
The User grants to the Service the right of use, transferable, free of charge, worldwide of the content he/she produces on the Service. The rights thus granted may be used by the Service for promotion, marketing and advertisement of the content, as well as to broadcast on social networks and any other form of mass media, such as billboards, Press & TV advertising .
All intellectual property rights apply to the user’s works.
The Cards do not include any transfer of intellectual property, which remains the sole property of the Artist, according to article L111-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
It is forbidden to collect or reproduce any information on the Service without express permission from ATLA SAS.
On the user-generated content created on the website, the User grants to the Service the worldwide rights of use. Those rights are transferable and fee of charge, without prior consent of the User. The rights given may be utilized by the Service for content promotion, marketing and advertising. The Service owns all intellectual property rights to the website content, with the exception of user-generated content and work.
The Service needs Users' personal data to be effective in the performances it delivers to the Users, such data are collected notably during the creation of a User account and during the use of the Service.
The transmission of personal data requested by the Service from Users is strictly and directly related to the performance of the Service. As a result, its communication is critical for the parties' contractual responsibilities.
Users consent to the Service is necessary for collecting their personal data for the sole purpose of improving the Service’s performance. Users have the right to retrieve, amend, and delete their personal information collected by the Service. Any Users can also object to their data being processed, without any specific reason. Refusal can be simply expressed by way of writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Service may include hyperlink connections to third-party websites. The Service has no control over these sites and rejects any and all liability for their access, content, or use.
Cookies are text files that a website saves on the computer or device to store various technical data about the user, build a Service more user friendly, and to collect statistical data about its users.
Cookies may be placed on the User's electronic communications equipment during the Service's consultation. Users are notified of the store ahead of time via their terminal information.They have the option of accepting or rejecting cookie storage.
Continued use of the website after being notified indicates that the User acknowledges this data collection.
Atlanticus has the right to amend its Terms and Conditions at any time and will tell the users by text (preferably through email) at least 30 days before they take effect. The updated Terms and Conditions become effective as soon as they are published. If he does not consent to these modifications, the User must unsubscribe from the Service as indicated. Atlanticus will consider User to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions if User continues to use the Service after the new Terms & Conditions have become effective.
