கடந்த பல வருடங்களாக தமிழரசுக் கட்சியே தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு பெரும்பாலும் தலைமை தாங்கி வருகிறது. இந்த கடந்த காலத்தில் ஆட்சி பீடத்திற்கு மாறி மாறி வந்துள்ள சேனநாயக்க பண்டாரநாயக்கா குடும்பங்களுடன் தமிழரசுக்கட்சியினர் பேரம் பேசி சில சலுகைகளை பெற்று வந்திருக்கின்றனர்.

தமிழரசு கட்சியிலேயே இந்த எதிர்ப்பின் பிரதிபலிப்பைக் காண கூடிய சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் பல ஏற்பட்டன. தமிழ் மக்களின் தொடர்ந்த, விட்டுக்கொடுக்காத எதிர்ப்பு தமிழரசுக் கட்சியையே தொடர்ந்து எதிர்க்கும் எதிர்ப்பாக மாறி வருவதை உணர்ந்த தமிழ் அரசின் தலைமை பீடம் இப்போது சோஷலிஸத்தில் தேடுகின்றது.

இக்கோட்பாடுகளுக்கு அமைந்த நாடுகளாக இன்று உலகில், மக்கள் சீனக் குடியரசும், அல்பேனியா மக்கள் குடியரசும், கொரிய மக்கள் குடியரசும் விளங்குகின்றன. இந்த நாடுகளில் தேசிய இனப் பிரச்சனைகள் பூரணமாகத் தீர்வு காணப்பட்டுள்ளன. சீனாவில் 92% உள்ள ஹான் இனத்தை சேர்ந்த மக்களுக்கு உரிய சகல உரிமைகளையும், மிகவும் சிறு தொகையினரான ஏனைய 8% உள்ள ஐம்பதுக்கு கிட்டிய தேசிய இனங்களும் பெற்றுள்ளன. நான்கு தேசிய இனங்கள் பிரதேச சுயாட்சியையும் மற்றும் இனங்கள் அவர்களது பூகோள பொருளாதார, இன , கலாச்சார அமைப்புக்கேற்ப உரிமைகளை பெற்று இருக்கிறார்கள். ஆக மொத்தம் 600 மக்களை மாத்திரம் கொண்ட ஒரு சிறிய இனம் கூட ஹான் இன மக்களுக்கு உரிய உரிமைகளை பெற்று உள்ளது.
எழுத்து வடிவம் இல்லாத மிகவும் சிறிய தேசிய இனங்களின் மொழிக்கு எழுத்து வடிவத்தை உருவாக்குவதற்கு வசதி செய்து கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சீனாவின் மகத்தான தலைவர் மா சேதுங் அவர்களை, சகல தேசிய இனங்களினதும் மகத்தான தலைவர் என்று அவர்கள் ஒருமுகப்பட்ட குரலில் அழைக்கிறார்கள் என்றால் அந்தக் குரல் சகல தேசிய இனங்களின் சுதந்திரத்தையும் சமத்துவத்தையும் ஐக்கியத்தையும் ஒலிக்கும் குரல் தான் .
முதலாளித்துவத்தால் ஒருபோதும் தீர்வு காண முடியாது
இலங்கையில் நிலைமை என்ன ? என்று அதிகாரத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் எவ்வளவுதான் சோசலிச கோஷத்தை போட்டாலும், இவர்கள் தாங்களாகவே உதாரணத்திற்கு காட்டக்கூடிய நாடுகளில் நடந்ததை போன்ற புரட்சி எதுவும் இலங்கையில் நடைபெறவில்லை. மேலும் ஏகாதிபத்தியம், நிலப்பிரபுத்துவத்தை அதனுடைய அரசு இயந்திரத்தை, ஆயுத பலத்தால் கைப்பற்றவில்லை. தொழிலாளி வர்க்க சர்வாதிகார ஆட்சி நடைபெறவில்லை. இவை இல்லாமல் சோஷலிசம் இல்லை. இதுவே மார்க்சிஸ லெனினிஸ முடிவு.
சுயமாக அழிந்துபடும் போக்கில் பூர்சுவா வர்க்க அரசு இடத்தை பாட்டாளி வர்க்க அரசு எடுக்க முடியாது. பொது விதியின்படி பலாத்காரப் புரட்சி மூலம்தான் அது நிகழ முடியும்” என்று லெனின் கூறியுள்ளார்.
ஏற்கனவே காலனிவாதிகளாலும், தரகு முதலாளி வர்க்கம், நிலப்பிரபுத்துவ வர்க்கதாலும் பாதுகாக்கப்படும் முதலாளித்துவ அரசு இயந்திரத்தை அப்படியே ஏற்று அதனுடைய இராணுவம், போலீஸ், நீதிமன்றம் இவற்றின் துணையோடு, இதே வர்க்கங்களை சேர்ந்த இன்னொரு பகுதியினர் ஆட்சி புரிகின்றனர்.
இந்நிலையில் மார்க்சிச லெனினிச மா சேதுங் சிந்தனையை புரிந்து கொண்டவர்கள் இந்த ஆட்சியில் சோசலிசத்தை கண்டு பிடிக்க முயலும் அவர்களை வெறும் அப்பாவிகள் என்றே கூறுவர்.
ஏகாதிபத்திய துதிபாடும் அவமானச் சின்னங்கள்
இந்நாட்டில் தமிழ் மக்கள், தமது மொழி, இன, பொருளாதார, கலாச்சார சுதந்திரத்திற்காக போராடி வருகின்றனர். முற்றிலும் நியாயமான இந்த போராட்டம் துரதிஷ்ட வசமாக தவறான தலைமைக்குத் சென்று விட்டது. இன்று உள்ள முதலாளித்துவ சமூக அமைப்பிலேயே பாராளுமன்றப் பாதை மூலம் தமிழருக்கான உரிமைகளை பெற முயற்சித்து பல ஆண்டுகளை வீணான கஷ்டங்களுக்கும், அனாவசியமான தியாகங்களுக்கும் உள்ளாக்கி விட்டதையும்; தமது பொது போராட்டத்தில், ஏனைய பெரும்பான்மை இன மக்களுடன் ஐக்கிய படுவதற்கு பதிலாக வேற்றுமையையும் பகைமையையும் வளர்க்கும் நிலை ஏற்பட்டதையும் தமிழ் மக்கள் உணரத் தலைப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
ஒரு காலத்தில், தமிழ் மக்களினதும் இளைஞர்களதும் ஸ்தாபனமான யாழ்ப்பாண வாலிபர் காங்கிரஸ், பிரிட்டிஷ் ஏகாதிபத்தியத்தை எதிர்த்து பூரண சுதந்திர கோரிக்கையை எழுப்பியது. டொனமூர் திட்டம் பூரண சுதந்திரத்தை கொடுக்கவில்லை என்பதற்காக, அத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நடந்த பொதுத் தேர்தலை கூட தமிழ் மக்கள் பகிஸ்கரித்து தமது ஏகாதிபத்திய எதிர்ப்பையும், தேச பிரமாணத்தையும் வெளிக்காட்டினர். அத்தகைய பாரம்பரியம் உடைய தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு தமிழ் மக்களின் தலைவர்கள் என்ற சாட்டில், இவர்களுடைய ஏகாதிபத்திய ஆதரவு நடவடிக்கைகள் அவமானம் தரத்தக்கவை.
மொழி, இன, பொருளாதார சுதந்திரத்திற்காக போராடுகிறோம் என்று கூறிக்கொள்ளும் தமிழரசு தலைமை இதேபோன்ற சுதந்திரத்திற்காக, ஏகாதிபத்திய கொள்ளையர்களின் பிடியில் இருந்து நாட்டை விடுவிக்கப் போராடக்கூடிய வியட்நாம், கம்போடிய, பலஸ்தீன் போன்ற ஆசியா, ஆப்பிரிக்க, லத்தீன் அமெரிக்க நாடுகளின் மக்கள் விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவிக்கவில்லை, பதிலுக்கு மௌனத்தை காட்டுவதன் மூலம் ஏகாதிபத்திய துதி கூறுகிறது.
தமிழரசு- காங்கிரஸ் தலைமை வங்கி, பெரும் கம்பெனிகள். ரப்பர் தேயிலை தோட்டங்களில் பெருமளவு சொத்துக்களையும், பெருமளவு நிலங்களையும் கொண்டவர்களுமான நிலப்பிரபுத்துவ முதலாளித்துவ வர்க்கங்களை சேர்ந்தவர்கள்; ஏகாதிபத்தியத்துடன் கட்டுண்டவர்கள்.
எவ்வளவு தான் சுதந்திரத்தைப் பற்றி இவர்கள் பேசிக் கொண்டாலும், தமது வர்க்கத்திற்கு எதிராக, தமது வர்க்க அரசு அமைப்பிற்கு எதிராக போக மாட்டார்கள். எனவே தான், தமிழ் மக்கள் இதுவரை பின்பற்றியதிலும் முற்றிலும் மாறுபட்டதும்: வெற்றிதரதக்கதுமான பாதையை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.

இந் நாட்டிலுள்ள சகல தேசிய இனங்களினதும், தொழிலாளர், விவசாயிகள், இதர தேசபக்தர்கள் உடன் ஐக்கியப்பட்டு, அதிகார வர்க்கத்தினது ஆயுத பலத்தையும், அரசு இயந்திரத்தையும் ஆயுதப் போராட்டத்தால் - மக்கள் யுத்தத்தால், நீண்ட காலப் போராட்டத்தின் ஊடாக முறியடித்து மக்கள் ஜனநாயகப் புரட்சியை வென்றெடுக்க வேண்டும். ஆயுதப் போராட்டமே - மக்கள் யுத்தமே வெல்லக்கூடிய பாதை.
இந்நாட்டில், அடக்குமுறைக்கும் கொடும் சுரண்டலுக்கும் உள்ளான, பெரும்பான்மை இனமான சிங்களமக்கள் மத்தியிலும் ஏனைய தமிழ், முஸ்லிம் மக்கள் மத்தியிலும் உள்ள தொழிலாளர் வர்க்கம்,பல ஆயிரக்கணக்கான கிராம விவசாயிகளுக்கு சொந்தமான நிலங்களை அவர்களது கண்ணீராலும் ரத்தத்தாலும் தோய்ந்த சோகக் கதைகளை எழுதிய உயில்கள் மூலம் தமதாக்கிக் கொண்ட பெரும் நிலப் பிரபுத்துவ வர்க்கத்தையும், அன்னிய கம்பெனிகளையும் எதிர்த்து நிலத்திற்காக போராடும் விவசாயிகள், சகல உரிமைகளையும் இழந்து இருக்கும் தோட்டத் தொழிலாளர்கள், காலனி முறை கல்வியினால் அவதியுற்று போராடும் மாணவர்கள் - ஆசிரியர்கள், நிலப்பிரபுத்துவ பத்தாம் பசலி சாதி அடக்குமுறைக்கு உள்ளான மக்கள். அந்நிய ஆதிக்கத்தால் அவதியுறும் தேசிய முதலாளிகள், பல கோடி ரூபாய்களை இந் நாட்டிலிருந்து கொள்ளை கொண்டு போகும் ஏகாதிபத்தியக் கொள்ளையர்களை எதிரிக்கும் தேசபக்தர்கள், தம்மை அடிமை கொண்டுள்ள அன்னிய ஏகாதிபத்தியம், ஏகாதிபத்தியத்திற்கு பச்சை விளக்கு காட்டும் தரகு முதலாளி வர்க்கம், நிலப்பிரபுத்துவம் ஆகிய 3 மலைகளையும், அடக்குமுறை அரசு இயந்திரத்தையும் மக்கள் யுத்தத்தின் மூலம் தூக்கி எறிந்து மக்கள் ஜனநாயகப் புரட்சி மூலம் சுரண்டலற்ற சமுதாய அமைப்பை நோக்கி, தொழிலாளர் வர்க்கத்தின் தலைமையில் முன்னேற இலங்கை கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சி கட்சியில் அணிதிரளும் போராளிகளுடன் தமிழ் மக்களும் இணைவது மூலம் தமது போராட்டத்திற்கு தேசிய வடிவம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
இந்த போராட்டம் தமிழரின் தேசிய இனப்பிரச்சனைக்கு மட்டுமல்லாது ஏனைய சகல பிரச்சினைகளையும் உள்ளடக்கியதாகும்.
நாடுகளையும் மக்களையும் அடிமை கொள்ளும் ஏகாதிபத்தியம்; சுரண்டலையும், ஏனைய ஒடுக்குமுறைகளை போல இன ஒடுக்கு முறையையும் கொண்டுள்ளது.
சுரண்டலையும் சகலவிதமான ஒடுக்குமுறைகளையும் ஒழித்துக்கட்டும் சோசலிச அமைப்பானது ஒவ்வொரு நாட்டுடனும் மக்களுடனும் பரஸ்பர சமத்துவ உறவு முறையைக் கொண்டது.
உலக புரட்சியின் சகாப்தம்
முதலாளித்துவம் தவிர்க்க முடியாதபடி அழிந்துபட்டு வரும் அதேவேளையில் சோசலிசம் தடுத்து நிறுத்த முடியாதவாறு முன்னேறுகிறது.
