Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of May 28, 2024 through June 3, 2024
May 28, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 13 Highway, Collins, for a report of Unlawful Use of Weapon. Report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
May 28, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East Concord Street, Appleton City, for a report of property damage. Reporting party reported damage to her vehicle tires. Report taken and referred to Appleton Police Department.
May 28, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Courtney Allen at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.
May 29, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1270 Road, Osceola, for a domestic assault. Cathryn Hertlein was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault-2nd Degree. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.
May 29, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 175 Road, Osceola, for a burglary. Items stolen consisted of buck knives, cash, and a muck boot. Suspects have been located and a juvenile referral form has been sent to the juvenile office.
May 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Main Street, Osceola, for a report of an assault. Suspect was gone prior to deputies arriving. Suspect wanted for questioning.
May 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway, Roscoe, for a structure fire. Roscoe Fire and Lowry City arrived on scene.
May 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 951 Road, Collins, concerning an assault on a juvenile. Report was referred to the juvenile office.
May 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest Pence Ave, Roscoe, concerning a disturbance. Report was taken and is still under investigation.
May 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Southeast 671 Road and 13 Highway. Micky Kottwitz was arrested and charged with Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
May 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Missouri 13, Lowry City, for an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the property.
May 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East CC Highway for a report of minors in possession of intoxicating beverages. Minors were given a citation for Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. Deputies disposed of all alcoholic beverages. Report was taken.
June 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Charles Jones at the Fulton Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrants for Speeding and No Insurance. Total bond is $533.00 cash only.
June 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a warrant search on B Highway, Appleton City. Search resulted in the arrest of Janie Tindall on a Probation and Parole warrant for Probation Violation. No bond.
June 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Southbound 13 Highway. Traffic resulted in the arrest of Dimarco Hutchinson on a Taney County warrant.
June 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to a runaway juvenile. Deputies determined that the juvenile did not run away and that the other parent knew the whereabouts of the juvenile.
June 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 151 Road, Osceola, for a report of threats. Ronald Harleman was arrested and charged with Assault- 4th Degree-Pursuant to Subdivision (1), Resisting/Interfering with Arrest, Detention, or Stop, and Assault-2nd Degree.
June 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Charles Wright at the St. Clair Courthouse on a 30 day jail commitment. Charles was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
June 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1275 Road, Osceola, for a report of harassment. Report was taken.
