MONEYSMART 旅遊保險 推廣優惠

條款及細則

1.        本推廣優惠由MoneySmart提供並只適用於MoneySmart客戶。

2.        推廣優惠日期為 2025年9月11日 至 2025年9月20日(包括首尾兩日)。

3.        推廣優惠只適用於下列旅遊保險產品:

4. MoneySmart客戶於推廣期內成功經由MoneySmart投保任何安聯、Starr、FWD 富衛保險 或 安盛 之旅遊保險，投保額達指定金額或以上及完成申請後，需登入MoneySmart賬戶填妥該保險產品之換領獎賞表格，於2025年9月27日 23:59 前成功提交表格。

5.        除本次旅遊保險推廣活動之獎賞外，合資格客戶亦有機會同時符合 MoneySmart 九月聯乘推廣活動（信用卡、網上證券、私人貸款及旅遊保險）之額外獎賞。詳情請參閱各相關聯乘推廣活動之條款及細則，以了解合資格條件、適用獎賞及兌換程序。參與本次旅遊保險推廣活動並不代表客戶將自動獲得其他推廣活動之獎賞。

6.          旅遊保險之投保申請必須於推廣日期內完成；成功投保後，客戶必須於2025年9月27日 23:59 前遞交MoneySmart獎賞換領表格，否則會失去換領獎賞資格。客戶必須使用相同電郵登記。

7.        投保人須年滿18歲。

8.        推廣優惠只適用於全新客戶，即現時並未持有任何上述保險產品之人士。優惠並不適用於續保保單及替代保單。

9.        經由MoneySmart指定連結申請任何保險產品之前，須先關閉廣告攔截功能，清除瀏覽器的快取和Cookie，在按下MoneySmart指定連結後盡快完成申請，不要打開其他網頁，任何因電腦、網絡等技術問題而引致客戶所遞交之網上投保有所延誤、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，MoneySmart恕不負責。

10.        客戶之保單號碼將轉交至保險公司以核實該保單乃經由MoneySmart指定連結申請；任何聯絡資料僅作聯絡領取獎賞之用。

11.        經核實後，合資格領獎客戶將收到MoneySmart的電郵通知；不合資格者，恕不另行通知。

12.        若客戶取消保單或獲退回保費，領獎資格將作廢而無須事先通知。

13.        獎賞將在推廣期完結後的3個月內發放。        

14.        所有獎賞均不可轉換或退款。MoneySmart不會就因過期、無效、取消、名額已滿、無法使用或由於技術問題而無法使用等因素的優惠而負責或作任何形式的補償。MoneySmart保留隨時修改或取消此優惠以及其條款和細則的權利，恕不另行通知

15.         MoneySmart或保險公司並非獎賞的供應商。客戶須按其供應商指定的條款及細則使用。如對獎賞或相關的產品或服務有任何查詢或投訴，請直接與有關供應商聯絡。MoneySmart或保險公司對此不承擔任何責任/法律責任。

16.        如有任何爭議MoneySmart保留最終決定權。

MONEYSMART TRAVEL INSURANCE PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer is provided by MoneySmart and is open to MoneySmart customers only.
   
2. The promotional period is from 11 September 2025 to 20 September 2025 (inclusive).
   
3. This promotional offer applies to the following Travel Insurance product(s) only:

4. Gift
   MoneySmart customers who successfully purchase any designated Allianz, Starr, FWD or AXA Insurance Policy through MoneySmart during the promotion period, with a premium amount meeting the specified criteria, and submit the claim form for the respective insurance product will stand a chance to win the following prize. The claim form must be successfully submitted by 23:59 on September 27, 2025.

*Results will be based on MoneySmart's records and/or decisions and/or interpretations. MoneySmart reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.

Only one claim form can be submitted with one policy number.

5. In addition to the rewards under this Travel Insurance Campaign, eligible customers may also qualify for additional rewards under MoneySmart’s cross-sell campaigns with Credit Card, Online Brokerage and Personal Loan. Please refer to the respective Cross-Sell Campaign Terms & Conditions for details of eligibility, applicable rewards, and redemption procedures. Participation in the Travel Insurance Campaign does not automatically entitle customers to rewards under other campaigns.

6. Application for Travel Insurance must be completed within the promotional period; after successfully applying for the insurance product, a MoneySmart Redemption Form must be submitted on or before 23:59 on September 27, 2025. Customers must use the same email address to register.
   
7. Insurance applicants must be 18 or above.
   
8. This promotional offer applies to new customers only, meaning existing holders of the above insurance products are excluded from the offer. Renewals and policy replacements will not result in eligibility to the offer.
   
9. Before applying for any insurance products using designated links provided by MoneySmart, please ensure that all ad blockers are disabled, browser’s cache is refreshed, and cookies are removed. MoneySmart will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or inability to submit online insurance purchases due to technical issues related to computers or the internet.
   
10. The customer's policy number might be passed to the insurer for verification that the policy was purchased using a designated URL provided by MoneySmart. Any contact information provided will be used for gift redemption purposes only.
    
11. After verification, eligible customers will be notified by MoneySmart by email; customers not eligible for the gift will not be notified.
    
12. The gift may be forfeited without notice, should the customer subsequently cancel his/her insurance policy or if the premium is refunded.
    
13. The gift will be available within 3 months after the end of the promotional period.
    
14. All gift items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Eligible Customers acknowledge that once the gift/promo codes have been tracked as dispatched, MoneySmart will not be able to re-issue gift/promo codes should there be any dispute. MoneySmart reserves the rights to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
    
15. Gift items are not supplied by MoneySmart or any insurance providers. The use of the gift is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant suppliers. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the gift should be directed to the suppliers. MoneySmart or any insurance providers shall assume no responsibility or liability related to the gift.
    
16. In case of any disputes, MoneySmart reserves the right of final decision.
