Tickets

What are the different types of tickets?

Category A - Excellent visibility

Category B - Very good visibility

Category C - Good visibility

Category D - Average visibility

Can I buy tickets on site?

Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased on the app or website ( www.feverup.com ) before arriving at the event. 

Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?

If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. Contact us with all supporting documents once you have purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).

Is there a minimum age to participate in this event?

This event is for people 8 years or older only, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store  or Google Play ). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to purchase tickets.

The QR code that you will need to present on the day of the concert will also be found in the confirmation email.

Editing tickets

Can I modify my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the concert start time indicated on your originally purchased ticket. If you would like to modify your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. Refundable Flexible Tickets FAQ (only available for certain events)

What are refundable flexible tickets?

Refundable flexible tickets allow you to request a full refund in case you decide not to participate in the experience.

When can I request a refund for my ticket?

You can request a refund for your refundable flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. It is important to note that your ticket cannot be refunded if it is transferred to another user.

What documents do I need to present to receive my refund?

No documents are required to request your refund.

How can I request my refund?

You can contact us here  to request a refund of your ticket.

How do I get to the venue?

Driving is recommended.

Will there be drinks offered?

Yes.

Can I come with an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes

Is there parking available?

Guests will find ample free parking available in the lots attached to the theater. These can be accessed off of both University Ave and Aragon Drive (which has the largest collection of spaces). Should you have trouble finding a space in the adjacent lots, street parking is also available all around the Kroc Center Campus.

Some measures to respect during the show

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent for the duration of the performance.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?

Out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so that we can assign you a place in the category you have reserved. The concert will start on time. The audience must be seated before the concert begins. In the event of a delay, we will not be able to allow you to enter the room, in order to respect the performance of the artists and to guarantee a good experience for other spectators.

Event Changes

What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/change of date), we will notify you by email in advance.

Tickets

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and you all have tickets of the same category. In this case, we recommend that you arrive early, and we will do our best to find you seats next to each other.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. To do this, simply click on “Transfer tickets” from your Fever application. For further assistance, please contact us  with your ticket ID.
