Penn Rides On Request App Launch

Authored by: Michael Krone, Maria Curry, and Arjun Swaminathan

Penn Transit has recently unveiled a new mobile app for iPhone and Android called “Penn Rides On Request,” which allows students to request available Penn Transit services, as well as view a live map of rides en route in the Penn Transit network. Please take a moment to download the app and to explore its features. Business Services is looking for as much feedback as possible to improve the app and to optimize user experience. Following this meeting, I will email instructions on how to use the app and submit feedback, as well as the app FAQs, which address distinctions between Transit services. A full-scale launch will occur following the test period in early February. Tell your friends to download the app and to provide feedback!
