FAQs

What happens if work is late?

Work is required to be turned in on time, in some cases if students request more time to complete work-Time will be granted and no points will be taken off the assignment/project. Communication is key to flexibility and grading.

How do I turn in work/Art Kits(supplies)?

Go to Google classroom and use the code above to join the correct class if you haven’t been invited to join your Art Google Classroom.
All Art assignments and project samples/rubrics etc. will be on your weekly playlist on Google Classroom and archived on this Landing Page. Please read the assignment and turn in ALL assignments under the correct labeled-Assignment. Please take a picture of current work due (sketch/project) using a cell phone or another device and email your picture to your school email. Log in to your google account and save your picture in your Google Drive. When submitting work, open up a blank doc. and insert your picture/image. This document will be turned in as visual proof for completed work and will be graded.
All Art Kits (if given) will be given to students the first day of class. These kits were made to help students succeed in the course with much needed supplies/materials etc.
All Art Kits (if given) must be returned to Art Class by the end of the Semester. These are classroom supplies that will need to be available for the next Semester students and may result in a fee if not returned.
If you need to contact me, please use parent square for a quick response or my school email. ( jessica.evans@valleyview.k12.oh.us) Google classroom will be for curriculum information and submitted work only.

Please do not: email me completed work or assignments or attach work on parent square etc. Google classroom is the only platform that will be used for work submission etc.
