Resilience Spinwheel Worksheet 

Resilience is our superpower! It is our ability to deal with hard times in our life. It helps us get through our difficult and dark days and recover from stressful times. Each one of us has to face difficult times in our lives. What matters the most though is how we get through them to the other side!

Did you know you can build your resilience to become stronger? You can do it by taking care of your physical and mental health. You can do it by having a strong social support system around you. You can do it by learning how to relax your mind and body using exercises and meditation techniques. You can do so much to become a stronger version of you.

On the spinwheel below, write down some strategies that you can use to help cope in stressful times. Keep the spinwheel handy and choose any strategy whenever you feel like you need one!
