Write about the event/situation you’re feeling anxious about or that you had in the past.

What were your thoughts in that situation, and what you felt at that moment

How you behaved in that situation (a behavioral component)

How it turned out, and what kind of thinking do you have for similar experiences?

In the light of this exercise, track your thought processing, what you predicted, how it affected your behavior, and by replacing it with some positive thoughts, how you can change your processing for the future.
