Creative Concert 2025

Dear School at Peridance Families,

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s Creative Concert: Buffalo Fluffalo by Bess Kalb!

The show will be taking place at Peridance’s KNJ Theater, a gorgeous, professional, state-of-the-art theater located right on the main floor of Peridance.

Please hold on to the letter to reference important dates! Please read all the information thoroughly.

Please note: Dancers are required to perform both days of our Creative Concert, May 17 and 18

Costume/Make up and Hair Information

• All costumes are sized, ordered, and distributed to students during their classes to take home before the show
• DO NOT allow your child to wear their costume until after their performance.
• You may be required to do some slight alterations (attaching straps, hemming pants)
• LOST OR DAMAGED COSTUMES CANNOT BE REPLACED. Dancers will not be allowed to perform if a costume is lost.
•  All dancers should have Light Stage Makeup

All dancers should arrive with their hair, makeup, and costume on. For dancers in two shows or dances please arrive in your first costume and hair ready for tech.

SHOW DAY NOTES

• DO NOT be late to drop-off. Guardians will not be allowed to enter the theater or dressing rooms.We are unable to hold rehearsals or shows for late arrivals.
• DO NOT leave personal items with your child; keep their street shoes, water bottles, and other belongings with you. You can help your child change into proper footwear at drop off and keep their dance bag and street shoes with you.

• Parents/caregivers are not permitted in the theater during the dress rehearsal.
• Due to the show schedules, families will be allowed to enter the center until their designated drop off time.

TICKET INFORMATION

CREATIVE CONCERT WILL SELL OUT - DO NOT WAIT TO BUY TICKETS!

• Please email boxoffice@peridance.com for any accessible seating needs for your family as soon as possible or with any other ticket questions.

• We have 4 different Creative Concert shows- please be sure you are purchasing tickets for the correct show!
• Once a show sells out we will not be able to accommodate any additional tickets. All tickets must be purchased online before each show. There are no tickets available at the door.

Please note the importance of regular attendance in classes during the spring semester for dancers to feel confident and prepared for their time on stage! While we understand travel or illness will come up, we appreciate every effort to have your child in their class.
