Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Bounce Empire, 1380 South Public Road Lafayette, CO 80026
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in a clean, secure, indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
Bouncers usually stay around 90 to 120 minutes, but your pass currently allows access to the venue all day unless it is a noted special event. We currently do not limit time of stay.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
At Bounce Empire, we prioritize cleanliness and safety with our extensive cleaning team, ensuring all inflatables are sanitized continuously during open hours. Our facility boasts clean, conditioned airflow and very high ceilings for optimal ventilation. Guests are welcome to wear their own masks. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, Bounce Empire is fully air-conditioned. Our facility is designed with clean, conditioned airflow and very high ceilings to ensure a comfortable and well-ventilated environment for all our guests.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, Bounce Empire is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
At Bounce Empire, we work to ensure an inclusive experience for visually impaired guests through the following measures: Clear and Contrasting Signage, Staff Assistance, Accessible Pathways and Facilities
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, Bounce Empire does have strobe lights, but they are limited to our stage area in the center of the park. These lights are typically on during performances or events. Outside of the stage area, there are no strobe lights, ensuring that other areas remain strobe-free for those who may be sensitive to flashing lights.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages are available on-site for purchase at Bounce Empire. Our dining options include the Bounce Bistro, which offers a great dining experience for both parents and children. Parents can enjoy delicious meals in a fun and relaxing environment, while kids can choose from a healthy kids menu and play before and after their meal.
Additionally, we have the Bounce Farm where we grow fresh, hormone-free produce that is used in our dishes. Guests can enjoy their meals in various entertaining spaces, including the Seaside Kids Theater, the Alpine Terrace outside the Rubbish Bar, or the Bounce Bistro itself. This variety ensures a unique and enjoyable experience every time you visit.
With our combination of tasty food, a family-friendly atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities for kids to have fun, the Bounce Bistro at Bounce Empire is the perfect choice for all meals, especially dinner with the family.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
YES! Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Tripods are not permitted on the main Bounce floor..
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, we have chairs available throughout Bounce Empire. You can find a variety of seating options, including comfortable couches, massage chairs, bean bag chairs, and more. Whether you need to rest or simply prefer to be seated during your visit, there are plenty of places for you to sit and relax.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available on site at Bounce Empire. We offer both gender-specific and all-gender restrooms. Our restrooms are cleaned constantly and feature high-end Dyson faucets with built-in hand dryers for a luxurious experience.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
Yes, Bounce Empire offers vegan and gluten-free options. We are happy to accommodate requests within our menu capabilities to ensure that all our guests can enjoy a delicious meal that meets their dietary needs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
With a day pass at Bounce Empire, you are welcome to arrive anytime from open to close, as we do not limit the time at the venue or have timed entry at this time. We reserve the right to implement or limit entry in the future or for select special events, but we do our best to label those days in advance. These special events are typically after 10 PM and are 18+ as Bounce Empire is 18+ after 10 PM on Friday and Saturday nights.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late to Bounce Empire, there is no penalty. However, please note that we are limited by capacity constraints and, as mentioned, special circumstances may apply during special events. We recommend checking for any specific event details in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed at Bounce Empire for the safety of both customers and animals, as well as to protect our venue's foam flooring.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service dogs are allowed in specific areas of Bounce Empire, including the bar, lounge, massage chairs, theater, cafeteria, bathrooms, and Alpine Terrace. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate service animals on our foam flooring or inflatables due to the high cost of maintenance and previous incidents of damage.
When we first opened, we tried to accommodate service animals on the attraction floor, but this led to multiple mishaps that damaged our foam flooring and surrounding inflatables. The cost of replacing the foam flooring is around $300,000, which is something our small family business cannot afford.
We understand and appreciate the importance of service animals, and we strive to accommodate them as much as possible. However, allowing service animals on the foam floor would lead to unpredictable damage, which we cannot sustain. We welcome service animals in all other areas of our venue and will do our best to ensure a comfortable experience for both the service animal and their handler.
For any specific needs or accommodations, we encourage guests to reach out to our staff, many of whom are veterans and first responders with a deep understanding of these requirements. We hope to find a solution that respects both the needs of our guests and the sustainability of our facility.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, Bounce Empire has specific age requirements but typically all-ages welcome:
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes, Bounce Empire is fully ADA compliant. We have undergone thorough inspections to ensure that our facility meets all necessary accessibility standards to open our doors to everyone.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a large free parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What if the weather is bad?
No need to worry about the weather! Bounce Empire is an indoor venue, so come and enjoy your time with us regardless of the weather outside.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
To ensure a safe and fun environment for all, Bounce Empire prohibits weapons, alcohol, outside food, and any illegal or dangerous items. Additionally, any items that may disturb other patrons are not allowed. It is up to our discretion to prohibit any items we feel would not be safe.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
While we don't offer wheelchairs for rent, we do have one complimentary wheelchair available for use upon request and subject to availability.
What is Bounce Empire's Text and Email Policy for Ticket Purchasers?
When you purchase tickets, you may receive text and email communications from Bounce Empire, including promotional messages. Rest assured, we do not sell your information to third parties and you may opt out of receiving at any time.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the door, barring any sold-out events or capacity limits. However, presales typically offer the best deals, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
Yes, we honor our active duty military and veterans with a 10% discount available at the venue. Many members of our team are veterans, and we are proud to support and appreciate those who have served.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official day pass tickets for Bounce Empire can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
Yes, we welcome group bookings for birthdays, corporate events, group outings, team celebrations, and more. If you would like to book for a group, please contact us with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group. We accommodate both large and small groups to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience at Bounce Empire.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
