Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

Doors will open at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. No late entry is permitted.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Can I bring blankets?

As the weather gets colder in the evenings, we encourage you to bring your own blankets and wear layers for increased comfort.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Do I need to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

The venue is ADA compliant. It is not necessary to contact the venue ahead of time.

Are food and drink available?

All food and beverages will be provided by The San Francisco Mint for separate purchase. No outside food and beverages will be allowed inside the venue.

Is there parking available?

Metered parking is available around The San Francisco Mint until 6pm, after which it is free. You may also take BART to the Powell Street stop and walk one block to The San Francisco Mint entrance.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

What if the weather is bad?

In case of bad weather conditions, the performance will be rescheduled. Please check the email account associated with your Fever account for updates if the forecast is concerning.

Please note depending on the month of the year, the earlier time shows will not be as dark as the sun sets later.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
