2024-25 SCHOOL GOALS

1. Decrease rate of chronic absenteeism.
   → Reduce chronic absenteeism rates by 7%
   
2. Ensure more students are meeting or exceeding
   grade level standards.
   → Of the students who are not chronically absent, 25.8 % will either improve their 24-25 MCAP level from 23-24 or demonstrate proficiency in 24-25 in mathematics.
   → Of the students that are not chronically absent, 40.5 % will either improve their 24-25 MCAP level from 23-24 or demonstrate proficiency in 24-25 in ELA.
   
3. Increase school climate survey results
   for students and educators. 
   → Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate from staff on the school's safety and inclusivity measures in the annual school climate survey.
