  1. Select on the day that you are registering it. (e.g. Oct 7th）

※ if you join from October, please select the date within October.if today is not possible, you can select tomorrow.

  1. Select 「0:00」（e.g. 0:00）※it is always “0:00”
  2. Click「次へ」

  1. User Information Form: Member registration. Fill in user information
  1. Fill in the necessary information below (* Mandatory Field）
  2. Select 「プランを購入」(at the bottom)
  3. Click「プランを選択」(at the right side button)

  1. Select your plan from following

Annual Fee: 13,200 JPY

  1. New member registration

  1. New member registration by clicking「新規登録」button ※this registration must be done in order to use automatic withdrawal from your credit card/PayPal.

  1. Continue the registration by clicking Facebook or Google + or メールアドレス(Email Address) on the pop up window below.

  1. In case of registration by Email address, fill in your email address, password and click 「新規登録」button to complete the registration.

  1. Payment window

  1. After the new member registration, please select one of the payment methods from below.

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card：Master、VISA、 JCB、Diners Club、Discover

※If you the tick box for 「カード情報を登録する」which is register the card information, you can easy to do the payment from next time.

  1. PayPal

  1. Fill in 「メールアドレス」Email address
  2. Click「購入する」button to complete the payment for Annual fee + 1st Monthly fee.

※ if you join from October, please select the date within October. if today is not possible, you can select tomorrow.

  1. Select 「0:00」（e.g. 0:00）※it is always “0:00”
  2. Click「次へ」

  1. User Information Form: Member registration. Fill in user information

  1. Fill in the necessary information below (* Mandatory Field）
  2. Click「今すぐ支払う」

  1. Select your plan from following

  1. Payment window

  1. You can see your email address on the top of the window as below if you have already done the member registration.

  1. Please select one of the payment methods from below.

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card：Master、VISA、 JCB、Diners Club、Discover

※If you the tick box for 「カード情報を登録する」which is register the card information, you can easy to do the payment from next time.

  1. PayPal

  1. Fill in 「メールアドレス」Email address

  1. Basically, previous month payment is required however, please follow the payment rule as below.

Example : You start the class from October. Annual fee and 1st monthly payment (October) were already completed.

  1. If today is Sep 17th, please select one of the dates from Oct 1st to Oct 31st in the window below which is for November class payment.
  2. If today is Oct 8th, please select the date from Oct 8th (today) to Oct 31st in the window below which is for November class payment.

  1. Click「購入する」button to complete the payment from 2nd Monthly fee

  1. Automatic withdrawal翌月以降の月謝自動引き落とし日について

If you complete the monthly payment procedure on Oct 8th, your next payment will be on Nov 8th and it will be automatically continued until you ask us to stop the automatic payment.

※Once you have done the Monthly fee payment with automatic withdrawal, you do not need to do it every month.

  1. Monthly payment procedure has completed.

  1. Please continue to fill in the Entry Form and complete everything.

  1. Photographic portrait with your kid’s name required
  1. Once you completed your entry form and payments, please kindly send us the following information by official LINE account.
  1. Photographic portrait
  2. Your kid’s name
  1. The purpose is for the coaches and academy staffs to know your kid's name and face.
