About the project:

Our project is centered on providing education professionals with the skills and knowledge required to teach young people about staying safe in the digital world. This initiative aims to empower educators with a deep understanding of cybersecurity and digital literacy, equipping them to guide the youth effectively. Through this exchange, project participants will engage in workshops and activities designed to enhance their digital competencies, enabling them to deliver impactful cybersecurity education to young individuals, fostering a safer and more secure digital environment for them. During the exchange, we plan to conduct workshops on managing social media, introducing participants to AI tools applicable in content creation, video creation.

Accommodation

The accommodation provided is the Społecznik Center located in the Żywiec County, in the midst of the Silesian Beskid Mountains and in the vicinity of the Żywiec Lake.

Travel, Financial details and health insurance:

Please note that GEYC is not charging a participation fee for this project.

 Participants will be required to cover:

1.    200 RON for GEYC Community members;

2.    250 RON for participants outside GEYC Community;

The co-funding is covered by GEYC for the members of the executive team, of the Board of Directors, current interns and volunteers and for the young people, teachers and youth workers with fewer economic opportunities. If you are facing such difficulties please describe your context in the application form.
